I just googled Pingu...so cute!! :) I hope you're able to get the pingu bento, pavotrouge!
I found this site (http://fiveprime.org/hivemind/User/luckysundae). Somebody obviously has too much time on their hands to make (non-vegan) bento!

Jambox, could you tell me when you get the recipe for the Goddess dressing? I'm sure you've mentioned it before, but I forget!

Kitteh, I normally use the bottled dressing, but here's one that approximates it, from The Peaceful Palate.
Tahini Dip
Makes about 1 cup.
1/2 cup tahini
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
2 garlic cloves, pressed or crushed
Whisk all ingredients together, and add water for desired consistency.
tomorrow: hot sauce glazed tempeh over lettuce, steamed kale, herbed millet, dried apricots, prunes, choco-choco chip-walnut cookie

Ella - Yep, just leeks and oil w/ the squashes, salt and pepper on the eggplant. The red pepper sauce went over it, that's where all the flavor was.
tomorrow: black beans & sweet potato burrito w/ cilantro, grilled eggplant, sauteed zucchini, patty pan squash & leeks, taco sauce in the container, herbed millet, red pepper sauce, choco-choco chip-walnut cookie

Cedar, they were some sort of jalapeno tortillas my friend bought, and the burritos were cooked covered in foil so I think they were steamed quite a bit which helped.

JBR: your bento boxes always look so yummy; they must take ages to prepare. It's a pity you aren't closer or I'd offer to swap bento box packing with you. :)

the red pepper sauce sounds good, jambox!
I haven't found dried strawberries over here so far... maybe I'll try dry some myself in the oven?!

A plum
Lemon jelly with fresh mango and more kiwi
Random mixed curry thing - kale, chic peas, garlic, onion, spinach, mashed brussell sprouts, green beans, wholegrain rice and tomato and basil marinated tofu in a veg stock and tandorri curry powder sauce!

it's brown short-grain rice, Japanese cucumber and gingery wasabi. I use a cheap lil rice cooker for all of my rice and it comes out just right.
