If anyone here follows Govegan.net or reads Sarah Kramer's blog, she's announced a new cookbook, coming out in September! It's going to be a teeny tiny travel book filled with a compilation of recipes from her first 3 books that are easy to make when travelling away from home, as well as some all-new recipes! She said she got the idea because people kept emailing her when they were on vacation to ask for recipes because they forgot their cookbooks at home :)

I sent her a couple ideas for recipes to include, and she wrote back today to ask where I live because she's going to quote me in her new book!!! So make sure you buy it when it comes out! ;)

I just got my copy today! It's great, it has 30 new recipes and all the best, easiest recipes from her first 3 books. And I sent her 5 ideas for recipes to include from her first 3 books, and she quoted me in 4 of them (the creamy curried vegetables, veggie chili, marble cake and no-bake cookies) :D . And it's REALLY tiny, good for taking when you go on trips. I'm going to take it with me every time I go visit my parents from now on, so I can make great food for myself while I'm visiting them.

Oh my goodness, the creamy curried vegetables are SO good! :DThe no-bake cookies are pretty tasty as well, I can't believe she quoted you in her book, I just read the quotes. That's great that you have so many in there.

I'm in love with this little book. The size is so convenient and I love how it covers everything, up to DIY toothpaste. It was my first ever vegan cookbook and I've vowed to make every single recipe in it, no matter how many years that takes :) I just started blogging about the best (and worst) recipes from it at http://vaggreviewed.blogspot.com/
