Where has it gone? :eek::eek::eek:
I might be a little behind the times here (not a fan of white chocolate personally but as it's coming round to easter I have a few treats I would like to bake with it!) but has it completely disappeared from the UK?
Any help in finding it would be greatly appreciated!!

I think Marrers gave me the last one in existence at the Christmas without Cruelty fayre last year - she'd had a stash at home whilst supplies had been dwindling! Someone mentioned a factory/supply problem or something?!

Oh wait:

White Bar
We are pleased to announce that The White Bar will be returning!
This product is expected to be available at all our wholesalers from 1st May. This has been a difficult and challenging process, and our success in getting this back is almost entirely due to the intervention and support of Essential Trading Co-operative.
Thank you very much for your patience.

from the website. there you go!

C'mon, it was pretty bad. I know we're all lusting over white chocolate but organica wasn't white chocolate; it was overpriced vanilla flavoured sugary fat.

i have been looking all over trying to get this stuff. i think its impossible to find. maybe a lot of people really didnt enjoy it much. but let me tell you..its even harder to find in the US. before i was vegan i loooooved white chocolate. its such a bummer that more brands dont take a crack at it.

yes, i have seen the white choc chips before. and dont get me wrong..i would have no problem whatsoever doing that whole bag in! but i was hoping to find the bars. i think its a lost cause.
oh well, maybe i will start buying the chips and create my own line of "Veggiemaya- vegan white chocolate bars"! :D http://www.veganforum.com/forums/images/icons/icon3.gif

Me too! :)

I ordered it from Vegan Essentials a long time ago. Hopefully they'll get it back in stock after May 1st!

I found bars of white stuff (cocoa content too low to be classified chocolate) from a Kosher store in the US a few years ago when looking.

Thanks for your help everyone!
May 1st is better late then never.
I guess I'll have to re-think the white chocolate and raspberry bars.

Very true - I don't like the drops/chips but love the Organica.

i'm sure they sell the organica at the wholefood store i go to - if they do i shall buy a few bars to give out. i'm going there some time this week.

They had production problems and had to stop making it for a while cedar - I doubt you will find any old stock as it has been several months since that happened.
