recipe for cooked cabbage

does anyone have a recipe for just roasted cabbage? when i was young my mother used to make this recipe and it was just cabbage in a slow cooker, and it was so good because the cabbage just kindof melted in your mouth. i cant seem to find a recipe for just plain cabbage.

I just put it, sliced, on a baking tray with a little vegan stock and a few drops of oil, then when it's cooked I drizzle Pumpkin Oil or Walnut Oil over it, it's lovely!!
