You can't eat glass, I tried, it all gets stuck in your gums. On the plus side though it does detox you quite well, you can tell because all the toxins leaving your body make it go red when you go to the toilet.

I heard Ron Wood's wife a couple of days ago on radio 4's Food Programme about music & food, saying banana soya milkshake what Ron has before going onstage when he is too hyped up to eat properly but needs the energy. Except his version had honey in it :(
