Not sure if there's already a thread on this...

I was wondering if anyone can tell me:
1. the benefits of using nutritional yeast
2. how to use it

it contains a lot of nutrients including B-vits

it tastes nice and quite 'cheesy'.

Now that i found out it's not a migraine trigger for me i enjoy using it sprinkled on toast, in soups, on the top of vegetable dishes and mixed in with mashed potato.

Not sure if you know this one as well-but does the Australian spread Vegemite supply a good amount of B vitamins also?

I just returned from AUS and NZ and found that I quite like it, so if it's also good for me that would be brilliant!

yes it does but obviously in quite small amounts.

we get in here, too.
