granny flat to let in Sydney

hi all,

i'm going away for 4 months (off traveling... yeepee!) towards the end of september, coming back begining of feb 09.

before i advertise my flat on gumtree i thought i would much prefer if it could be inhabited by someone that won't cook any "nasties" if u know what i mean...

it IS the cutest flat around, i swear! quiet location, very close to sydney's cbd, it would suit one person or a couple.

it's a vegan friendly location, too! 8 minutes walk to Macro Wholefoods, 10 minutes walk to Full Circle (vegetarian restaurant), 12 minutes walk to Green Gourmet (vegan restaurant). it's a vegan paradise i tell you... ;)
