I just discovered this food blog: http://vegancookies.wordpress.com
It's mostly pictures at the moment, but the cookies look SO GOOD I just had to share it with others :)

Apparently they are planning to release a cookbook real soon!

In the meantime, there are a handful of recipes to be found here: http://vegancookies.wordpress.com/category/recipe/

I tried the snickerdoodles a few nights ago and they were most satisfying, although I had to adjust the cooking times a little to 350F and 14 mins

I have a feeling this could be the next VCTOTW....

Wow - they look amazing. I'm impressed with the variety too. I shall have to give some of those a try in the kitchen.

Yes I've got them. I think I got them from Veganstore but they don't have them anymore, however you can buy them from Dietary Needs Direct (http://www.dietaryneedsdirect.co.uk/cnb/shop/dietaryneedsdirect?productID=289&op=catalogue-product_info-null&prodCategoryID=6). Here's the info about them http://www.edwardandsons.com/let_do_organic.html
