I have recently started to run, which is quite unusal for me. This summer I decided to try it out because I started hiking and needed to build up my endurance. I also quit smoking and needed a healthy way of releasing my stress and anxiety. Anyway, I was wondering if there are any other vegan runners out there who have any tips for me. I'm just a beginner and have never been big on running before I discovered how fulfilling and rejuvenating it can be so I don't know much. I'm concerned about treating my muscles right and eating the right foods to keep me full of energy. Any suggestiions would be nice or just to hear thoughts on running in general. Thanks folks! : )
