To make this you really only need organic broccoli, sesame seeds, red onion and maybe some dried chilies for color and if you like spice like I do. Use a vegi-pattie(s) for the beef.

The best vegi-patty for this purpose I've found is the Morningstar Farms vegan patty. It's cheap, has a great smoked flavor, and "grounds up" for Asian recipes like this (and also for Italian recipes like marinara sauces). Don't microwave your patty! Just heat it in a pan with a little olive or sesame oil for about 3 minutes on each side and start to break it up to your desired texture with a spatula as it thaws.

Take your time to cut the broccoli length-wise in to thin strips and it will sautee and fork really nice.

The key to this dish is simplicity, just sauté your broccoli in sesame or peanut oil with dried chilies (take out the seeds first), red onion and garlic.
Add in your vegi ground towards the end and lastly add in sesame seeds and soy sauce or salt.

Mi Krob noodles can be found in the Asian section of most grocery stores and the only ingredient in them is white rice. Although fresh made actual rice is often better, Mi Krob can prepared in only about 3 minutes, so they're perfect for when you're in a rush.

Yum.
