Mmm...I made this for dinner tonight!
I did things pretty much the same as Roxy, but I used flax tempeh that was not flavored. (I have never seen indonesian tempeh, but I like the taste of plain tempeh). I also used whole grain penne pasta and sriracha sauce instead of habernero sauce (and I used quite a bit).

Well, this recipe is so popular I guess I'll just have to try it as well!
First I need money, lol. And I have a chili recipe lined up to make. But then it's all about the peanutty tempeh penne.

Hi Roxy, i'd really like to try this recipe, do you use crunchy or smooth peanut butter? Or does it not matter?

Hi Leela :) I used smooth because it's what was already in the cupboard, but you could definitely use either.
