What raw vegan foods have all 9 necessary amino acids?(the ninth is half-necessary)
(PS: I have searched the forum with no good enough answer for me)
Thanks.

look up buckwheat, sprouted quinoa and amaranth, and hempseeds
I think most foods will have all amino acids just be low in one or two
As always trick is to mix them - eg sprouted grains or wheat grass with sprouted lentils, beans or mushrooms
