I have been reading about the importance of folic acid along with B6 and B12. I have found so many sublingual vegan folic acid and B12 supplements, but all of the sprays or sublinguals contain some form of sweetener substitute such as xylitol or sorbitol. I am not able to have that because I have allergic reactions to it. Does anyone happen to know of a folic acid/ B12 supplement that I can get in the US that is vegan and comes in a tablet form?
