Does anyone know of any recipe for vegan mac & cheese that tastes like Kraft's?

Every recipe I see makes baked/homestyle mac & cheese, which, while isn't too bad, I'm sort of missing (not all that much, though it would be a welcome return!) Kraft mac & cheese.

Also, as a side-note does anyone know of any vegan "chicken" fingers?

Haha, before I was vegan, I primarily ate mac & cheese, chicken fingers, and spaghetti.... I seriously had one of the above probably 4-5 days out of the week. Kinda gross, but whatever.

I would recommend this recipe: http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2007/10/easy-macaroni-and-cheeze.html

I leave out the miso, and add more salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and dry mustard. You can add more butter too and use non-fat free soy milk.

I love Kraft as well and although this isn't the same, i find it really nice.

I tried that linked recipe by the way, and it's fantastic.

Also Qaxt, there is a boxed vegan mac and cheese that works the same as kraft. It's called mac and Chreese http://www.chreese.com/reo_info.itml

You literally boil your pasta, drain and add the powder stuff with some "milk". :) Box is made from recycled paper too!

The recipe above is awesome. I've tried it.

Works JUST like kraft. Boil pasta, drain, add powder and "milk". I also add in some tofutti cheese slices and grated follow your heart and it makes it way more like real cheese.
