Does anyone have a recipe for a lentil shepherds pie using green/brown lentils? I tried making one from a Delia recipe last night but it was not as nice as I had hoped. Thanks

we've made one for tea tonight..it's reeeeally good.

boil and mash up some spuds (we grate some cheezly into ours)

cook up red onion maybe a pepper a few chopped up carrots in some olive oil..add your green lentils and some marigold stock powder..pout in boiled water and simmer for about 15 mins..stir in some gravy granule stuff till it's as thick as you like and simmer some more till the lentils are soft.

concoct it all together in your dish..bit mroe cheezly on top if you wanna and bung in the oven for half hour on about number 7....have some broccoli with it. omnomnom

oopsy..i clicked the link and saw i already put this on there.
