Im off to Dorset for my hols tomorrow and friend at work had mentioned a hotel which he thought my parents may like for a coffee.
I emailed them about vegan food and they sent me a veggie menu - cheese with most dishes, I replied that a lot were not vegan and they have mentioned it to the chef who said they would make a vegan menu - sounds like this is going on the regular menu too.
Im going to pop in to chat to them see if they can make a vegan pud too and see if they can stock soya milk.
The hotel is the Alexandra hotel in Lyme Regis.
This is the vegan menu they have sent me:
VEGAN MENU
Main Courses
Provencal vegetable couscous with wilted spinach
And a plum tomato sauce
Tempura of seasonal vegetables with a butternut squash risotto
Salad of artichoke bottoms, beetroot and sun blush tomatoes
With garlic ceps and a pumpkin dressing
Courgettes stuffed with asparagus and toasted nuts
Served with a carrot puree
