Duly noted! Can't remember if I've ever had a Wham bar... mustn't have made too much of an impression if I did, then!

Breakfast was just homemade toasted breadroll with sunflower spread and yeast ex.

Lunch was so nice I had it again for dinner :) Fried up some onion, mushrooms, yellow pepper and courgette then added a lovely creamy sauce made of silken tofu with peanut butter, chipotle pepper paste, garlic and ginger. Served over brown rice noodles. Really yummy.

Had an idea for a chocolate orange cake and currently fighting the urge to test it out, as trying to cut down on sugar intake. Will edit post if I succumb.

ETA: Didn't make cake, but did have several rich tea biscuits with chocolate spread on them :o

I love this thread; it's neat to see what other people eat and to keep track of my own diet too.

Smoothie with Vega, almond milk, strawberries, blueberries, mango and banana
Lentil burrito with tomato, cucumber and lettuce
A lot of raw veggies: green beans, cucumber, sugar snap peas and celery
'Ants on a log' (celery with peanut butter and raisins)
Another burrito (Amy's bean and rice - I'm addicted to burritos lately :bigsmile2: )
Iced coffee drink and lots of water

I had mine delivered from the farm this morning, fresh and organic. The ones on my tree in my garden should be ripe by now too, shall check on the weekend.

Sandwich with peanutbutter and nutmeg nomnomnom... blueberry tea, some müsli with fruits + oatmilk and a carrot. Then for brunch another two sandwiches with vegan creme fraise + one leaf of homegrown lettuce. For lunch i am having some Varma Koppen Frukt (swedish soup power that is mixed with boiling water, this one with fruits) and a vegan yoghurt of the brand Yosa. This evening i´m thinking of making a salad with some tomato, falafel, some more of that homegrown lettuce-goodness and i+m also thinking about mixing my own pesto, since i find that all the ones in my grocery store contain either egg or cheese.
