roasted ratatouille over shirataki noodles
few crackers with "we can't say it's cheese" hickory cheddar
big bowl of double mushroom miso soup w/rice noodles
sauteed spinach w/garlic
glass of mango orange juice

Breakfast: Toast before swimming

Lunch: Square Wrap (rolled) with Red Cheddar Cheezly, Redwood pepperoni, ketchup & onion relish, Pear, Apple, Apple & Green Tea Yogurt

Dinner: Cholent, Baguette, Banana & Chocolate dessert

Snacks: Apple, homemade cheese & onion crisps, biscuits, chocolate chips

Drinks: Water, whiskey, coffee, soya latte

Delicious Cannellini beans with Sage & fresh wheat bread & a green salad with carrots & pinoli. My garden in Tuscany, Italy is over-flowing with veggies & herbs now, so always looking for new ways to use them.

I'll try and cut back, I've only had 2 today. No withdrawal symptoms yet. Maybe the whiskey is numbing my senses!

Breakfast: Overnight oats with Chocolate Oatly, Chocolate Flax and Strawberries. Apple

Lunch: St. Dalfour 3 bean salad with sweetcorn, salad with Bac'n bits, Pear, Tesco Monster Munch

Dinner: Baked potato stuffed with cheezly & bac'n bits, Heinz Alphabetti Spaghetti, Broccoli, Carrots. Christmas Pudding Ice Lolly

Snacks: Apple, Speculoos Biscuits, Seeds & Nuts

Drinks: Coffee, Pepsi, Water, Whiskey, Mochachino

Breakfast: Weetabix w/coconut milk, coffee w/coconut milk
Lunch: Naan bread with hummus, mixed greens and roasted mushrooms/carrot/parsnip. Banana
Dinner: Chunky vegetable soup with added rice and chickpeas
Snack: Camomile tea with 3 chocolate chip cookies
Snack: Piece of brown bread with cashew butter and jam

Drinks: Coffee, roobush tea, camomile tea, multi-vitamin juice,water

About half of a watermelon
Pumpkin spice tea, dark chocolate almond milk (The new Silk kind - just bought it for the first time today and it's a bit TOO good!), and an experimental homemade iced cappucino
And... another burrito w/ a salad

Ooh haven't done one of these in a while!

Yesterdays eats were -

Breakfast: Oats cooked with raspberries and strawberries
Snack: Trek Mixed Berry bar
Lunch: 2 small pitta breads stuffed with houmous and salad, carrot sticks
Dinner: Scrambled tofu with mushrooms and baked beans on toast

Drinks: Coffee, Water and 2 pints of beer.

Dinner: Rice, cholent, veg. Chocolate oat custard

Dinner: Roasted cauliflower w/ garlic and rosemary, teriyaki tofu, carrots, broccoli and snow peas over rice
Snacks: Cranberry Nature bar, raw veggies, watermelon
Drinks: Chocolate almond milk, water, pumpkin spice tea

Dinner: Currywurst, chips, salad. Pnb cups, choc bears, banana crumble & custard

Snacks: 1 Apple, carrots, veg, mints

Drinks: Coffee, water, soya latte, vodka, wine, whiskey

Lunch: Panini with Redwood pepperoni, salad, mustard, mayo, relish, bac'n bits & gherkins. Soft fruits, pear

Dinner: Ethiopian lentils, golden chickpea & artichoke salad (from vegan yumyum), cabbage. Christmas pudding Ice Lolly

Snacks: Apple
Drinks: Coffee, water, beer, soya latte

Dinner: Dosa with potato curry and salad

Drinks: Soya latte, water, half a pint.

Breakfast: Smoothie with Vega powder, almond milk, banana, mango and berries
Lunch: Veggie burger with fries and salad
Dinner: Tofu and veggies (green beans, broccoli, red pepper, carrots) stir fry with teriyaki sauce over brown rice noodles
Snacks: Watermelon, walnuts, raw veggies, coffee cake
Drinks: Water, pumpkin tea, chocolate almond milk, beer.

Drinks: Coffee, 3 Litres water, Strawberry Shake (homemade), Cappuccino

I'm intrigued, please tell me more.

The tea I drink is called pumpkin spice tea, and it's from Tim Hortons (a coffee shop in Canada and I believe in the US as well), it's really good... tastes like pumpkin pie spice :-)

Sounds delicious Bunky, I will keep my eyes peeled for some.
Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast: apple, spinach, oat and berry juice
Lunch: leftover tagliatelle bolognese
Dinner: home made vegan quiche, salad and guacamole
Drinks: 3 litres of water and 1 cup of tea

smoothie (2 peaches, raspberries, ice, soy milk, agave)
