Breakfast: Toast before swimming, Pear

Lunch: Malted roll with Tofutti cream cheese and Redwood meatless balls, Apple, Pear, Tesco monster munch

Dinner: Chilli, Bac'n & Onion Biscuit, Salad, Yogurt

Snacks: Speculoos Biscuits

Drinks: Coffee, Water, Pukka Chai Tea, Hot Chocolate

Yesterday:
Breakfast: granola with almond milk, strawberries and cinnamon
Lunch: Toasted tomato sandwiches with vegenaise and sprouts
Dinner: Stirfry with smoked tofu, broccoli, carrot and peppers over brown basmati rice
Snacks: watermelon, Vega vibrancy bar, toast with marjorine and strawberry-rhubarb jam
Drinks: chocolate almond milk, water, iced cappucino, pumpkin spice tea

Breakfast: Apple pie overnight oats, apple, pear

Lunch: Bagel, Tofutti cream cheese, bac'n bits. Yogurt, pear

Dinner: Garlic bread, pea soup, Christmas pudding.

Snacks: Nectarine, Apple, Carrots, Celery, My own weight in hummus.

Drinks: Coffee, tea, soy milk, My own weight in Vodka

Breakfast: Granola with almond milk and strawberries, fruit smoothie with banana, berries, almond milk
Lunch: Gardein chicken strips, potato wedges and salad
Dinner: Stir fry with smoked tofu, carrots, broccoli, peppers and sweet chili sauce
Snacks: Raw veggies and hummus, watermelon, maui wowie flavour skinny sticks
Drinks: chocolate almond milk, water, beer

Lunch: Wholemeal roll with Wheaty Chorizo and Solasse mayo, Golden Wonder crisps with nutritional yeast & onion granules

Dinner: Redwood hotdogs, chips, salad, chocolate trifle, 1/2 raw choc bar, 1/2 Twilight bar.

Drinks: Coffee, water, wine, soya latte

Breakfast: Chocolate Carob Banana overnight oats with cocoa flax seeds, pear & apple

Lunch: Focaccia with Wheaty Spacebar pepperoni, Solasse mayo & salad, Nakd choc nudie bar with strawberries, pear

Dinner: Tempeh "Tuna" pasta bake with sprouts & broccoli. Ecomil almond dessert

Snacks: Carrot sticks, salted peanuts

Drinks: Coffee, soya latte, water, banana bread beer

Breakfast: Beans on toast w/Marmite
Lunch: A banana and a big salad bowl w/kale, mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, aubergine, falafel and millet slathered in tahini and soya sauce
Snack: Grapes and mixed nuts

Drinks: coffee w/coconut milk, lady grey tea, green tea, water, multi-vitamin juice

I'm going to a friend's house for dinner, I'm assured that I'll get some pasta w/tomatoes and am going armed with a loaf tin of unsliced brownies and vanilla Swedish Glace ice-cream... Wish me luck!

Breakfast: Toast before swimming, Wallaby macadamia & cashew bar, apple

Lunch: "Ham" and fried veg wrap, huge salad with flax seeds, blackberry yogurt, pear

Dinner: Quinoa, Smoky tomato stew, veg. Xmas pudding ice lolly

Snacks: Speculoos biscuit, pear, nectarine

Drinks: Water, coffee, soy milk, Liqorice & cinnamon tea

Builder protein bar for breakfast.
A handfull of berries and a chocolate banana muffin (home-made) for mid-day snack.
Brown rice and roasted beets (from the organic farm I work at!) for lunch.
Made-from-scratch (and accidentally puffy, as I used a baking soda container as a rolling pin) pierogies for dinner.

Yum!

For lunch today I had a salad sanwich with vegan chicken in, and had it with one of those Nature Valley bars, the ginger one which is suitable for vegans. And I had a glass of Sunny Delight too :D And my mum is making me vegan Shephard's Pie for dinner. I haven't eaten it for years, and I never really liked it much as a child, but perhaps I will now. I hope I do anyway because I have to eat it :P

Which one is this - I thought the Ginger one had honey in (http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=268347657)? The Oats & Hazelnut is honey free, but I thought all the rest had honey in?

Breakfast: Shreddies & cocoa berry flax seeds with hot soya milk, pear

Lunch: Bagel with "Ham" & cheesy mayo, apple, blackberry soygurt

Dinner: Fried Chikin dinner (2 types of soy chikin, potatoes, veg & stuffing all fried up with gravy).

Snacks: Pear, nectarine, speculoos biscuit

Drinks: Vanilla rice latte, water, coffee, Liquorice & Cinnamon tea

Bed time snack: Peanut butter on toast

My diet the last few days has been really boring because I'm out of money until next week, soo..
Yesterday:
1 smoothie with frozen berries, almond milk, and vega powder
2 meals of brown rice mixed with some chopped carrots and broccoli stalks, and thai chili sauce
Saltine crackers with majorine
and lots of water :)

2 pieces of pita dipped in green goddess garlic dressing
vegetable soup
salad w/veggies, rice, red wine vinaigrette
homemade seitan w/backyard bbq sauce (both from vcon)
herbed scalloped potatoes (vcon)
steamed dragons tongue beans w/olive oil, basil, garlic, and salt

Dinner: Tofu Fried Rice with Flax seeds, Rice dream vanilla custard

Snacks: Pear, apple, peach, speculoos biscuit

Drinks: Coffee, tea, water, alcohol free beer. Soya Latte

Almost soy free day
Breakfast: Neapolitan Overnight oats - Vanilla rice milk, oats, coco powder, cocoa berry flax seeds, strawberries. Pear

Lunch: 2 pitta breads with black eyed pea "tuna", apple, blackcurrant yogurt

Dinner: Cous Cous, Ethiopian lentils, broccoli, carrots.

Snacks: Doves farm chocolate chip cookie (they're low in sat fat!). Maybe another before while watching Coronation Street.

Drinks: Vanilla rice milk, chia tea, coffee, red wine.

Bed time snack - PNB & toast
