Breakfast: Toast, apple, pear

Lunch: Black eyed pea tuna, square wrap, apple, pear, nakd nudie bar

Dinner: Cholent, Ethiopian lentils, black eyed bean stir fry, carrots, cauliflower, peas.

Snacks: Speculoos biscuits, plum, apple

Drinks: Coffee, water, wine, Vanilla rice milk summer berry cocoa flax smoothie

Breakfast: Coffee w/soya milk, Alpro plain yogurt w/thawed berries and Sweet Freedom vegan honey
Lunch: Gnochi w/olives, roasted red pepper, shallots, mixed greens, mixed beans and pesto
Snack: Two muffins, one toffee-apple and one blueberry
Snack: Toast with Marmite and caramelised onion houmous

Drinks: Water, lady grey tea w/coconut milk, camomile tea, multi-vitamin juice

salad (mixed greens, roasted veggies, fat free balsamic)
3 light beers

Lunch: Fake Bacon, lettuce & tomato with mayo, KP Beef flavour crisps, apple, pear

Dinner: Smokey fake bacon pizza, salad, chocolate & black forest trifle, Frys chocolate cream bar, Montezumas 73% dark chocolate

Snacks: Nuts , plums, salad.

Drinks: Coffee, water, hot chocolate, wine, blue moon beer, Dr Pepper Zero.

Salad with tomatoes, sweetcorn & cucumber in a vinaigrette sauce, with dark rye Ryvita slices;

Creamy green lentils (using Alpro cream) with fresh tarragon and lemon juice.

Strawberries with Swedish Glace ice cream.

I know, nothing too exciting today, but it was still nice. I love eating my plants. :tongue_ani:

breakfast: Cherios with vanilla coconut milk... Mmmmmmm...

dinner: scrambled tofu sandwich with vegan mayo, salad and tomatoes.

(woke up late so no lunch today)

Breakfast: Carrots, Strawberries and some Redwood choc flapjack

Lunch: Bagel with PNB & Raspberry Jam, Nakd Cocoa pnb jam chocolate thing, apple, pear

Dinner: Chikin casserole with chips & veg. Ecomil almond dessert.

Snacks: Doves farm cookies, apple, pear, plum. Maybe some more cookies later

Drinks: Coffee, soya milk, Pepsi max cherry

Breakfast: Weetabix w/soya milk
Lunch: Heinz lentil soup w/ bread
Snack: Three Belgian-style waffles, a packet of Burger Bites
Snack: Muffin, toast w/spread, mixed nuts

B: toast, sunflower spread and yeast ex.

L: 2 x potato waffles and a glass of orange juice (was cleaning before my mum turned up at the house, didn't have time to make anything better!)

D: home-made seitan with broccoli, carrots and onions in a peanutty garlic sauce over brown rice noodles. Chocolate-orange brownie, and a pint of semi-set tropical fruit jelly :o :D

Breakfast was a bean & potato burrito with fresh pico de gallo. Yum!

Lunch will be a whole wheat pita, peanut butter, and a banana - should have been breakfast, but I forgot my lumch. Eating in my work canteen is easier for breakfast than lunch...

Dinner will be a mushroom & yellow squash stew in a tomato base served with brown rice & a big, green salad.

Breakfast: Toast before swimming, Peanut butter Cliff bar, pear

Lunch: TLT (Tempeh bacon recipe from Hearty vegan meals), Sojade raspberry & passionfruit yogurt, apple

Dinner: Homemade Tofurky, stuffing, boiled poatoes, broccoli, sprouts, nectarine.

Drinks: Water, coffee, cherry pepsi max, Jim Beam Red Stag. Soya milk

Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with peanut butter and jam, strawberries and blueberries.

Snack: Handful of almonds and a strawberry oaty bar.

Dinner: Pea and mint soup with a sweet potato wrap.

Tea: Tacos with spinach-leaf salad, vegan mince, and homemade guacamole.

Drinks: Water, apple juice, green tea, and a smoothie.

Lunch: Garlic and greens soup with pitta bread
Snack: Toffee-apple muffin and raspberry soya yoghurt
Dinner: Chickpea omelette w/cheezly, roasted veg
Snack: White chocolate buttons, toast w/caramelised onion houmous

Drinks: Water, coffee w/soya milk, Cola Cao w/soya milk, camomile tea, multi-vitamin juice

Lunch: Tofu Bacon & Tofu egg barm with relish & gherkins, apple, pear, nakd nudie berry bar

Dinner: Tuesday Takeaway - Veg in blackbean sauce, chips, rice

Snacks: Apple, pear, nuts, carrots.

Drinks: Water, coffee, liquorice & mint tea. Jim Beam Red Stag

Breakfast: wholemeal toast with Pure spread

Dinner: toasted panini with sweetcorn, peppers, fresh tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, and caramelised onion

Tea: vegetable risotto with sugarsnap peas, broccoli, squash, peas, baby corn, and sesame seeds

Pudding: caramelised apples, oranges, and sultanas with soya cream

Drinks: apple juice, water, orange juice

(The pudding was AWESOME).

Breakfast: Toast before swimmng, Plain soy yogurt, raspberries, strawberries & Bear Coco cherry granola. Pear

Lunch: Tempeh Tuna Sub, Huge salad (Lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, onion, grated carrot, Flax seeds mix(with brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds and q10)), Sojade blueberry yogurt, apple

Dinner: Pasta (Mix of white & wholewheat pasta, grated carrot, pea, onions, cherry tomatoes, chikin, facon, soy yogurt dressing). Huge Salad with French style dressing.

Drinks: Coffee, Water, Soy Milk

Snacks: Doves farm choc chip cookies, plums

L: Small bowl of potato salad and an orange
D: A piece of spice bread and tea

Drinks: Tea, water

I know it's way too little food but I'm ill and have an upset stomach so this is all I could stomach today :(

Lunch: Food doctor potted meal, apple, soy yogurt & strawberries

Dinner: Baked beans on toast, soy yogurt, peach, plums

Snacks: Banana bread, apple

Drinks: Coffee, Liquorice Mint Tea, Chai Tea, 2 Soy Lattes

T: An orange, water
L: Salad of beetroots, whole wheat toast with vegan herb butter, sparkling water
T: 1/2 slice of spice bread, tea
D: Bok choy and sweet potato in a peanut curry sauce, white rice, a coke
S: Home made vegan banana ice cream, tea

Breakfast: a banana, vanilla soy milk and muesli(oat flakes and raisins)
Lunch: 2 slices of flax seeds and pumpkin seeds bread with blueberry jam, raw cashew and dark chocolate(85% cocoa)
Snack: 3 digestive biscuits
Dinner: pea with soy, 2 slices of sesame bread and dates
Drinks: cold water (very hot weather here :-))

muesli with oat milk, coffee, tea, bread with XO marmite (yummm), some raw chocolate and veg casserole, some tinned pineapple, a "lazy day" millionaires shortbread slice and some stodgy banana bread i made!

XO marmite

I haven't tried it, but am a big fan of Marmite. Is it just stronger?

Breakfast: Frosties and Rice Krispies w/soya milk (the bf and I shared a Kelloggs variety pack!)
Lunch: Popcorn
Dinner: Leftover tofu ramen from Yamamori's Japanese restaurant, a spicy bean burger and two breaded veggie fingers w/ketchup on a bagel
Dessert: Chocolate spread sandwich

L: Quinoa, chilli-type bean stew thing, potatoes, broccoli

PM: Chocolate-almond-apricot cake, crisps, potato waffles, a walnut-hummus sandwich with cucumber and tomato, more cake

Drinks: raspberry leaf tea, soya milk, orange juice, blackcurrant squash, lemon juice in water, coffee, water.
