I ate 2 medium sized tomatoes from my garden, some walnut and sunflower seed raw vegan pate, decorated with some arugula, watercress and fennel. Oh Yeah I had some hummus too! SOOO GOOOD!!! :-):tongue_ani:

I haven't tried it, but am a big fan of Marmite. Is it just stronger?

it's stronger yes, it's lovely but expensive and once this jar runs out i can't justify buying more, it's a very subtle difference in taste.

Breakfast: Toast

Lunch: Club Sandwich - Redwood Facon, Asda Chikin, Solasse Mayo, Tomato & Lettuce, Apple, Pear, Banana Bread

Dinner: Tempeh Shepherdess Pie, Sprouts, Broccoli. Ecomil almond dessert with raspberry syrup

Snacks: Mints, apple, carrots

Drinks: Coffee, water, wine, vodka

Bedtime snack: Banana Bread

Went out to a cheap and cheerful Italian place with my brother. Had a big bowl of veggie penne with mushroom, celery, tomato and other goodies. Then we popped over to Kmart and picked up some tasty 'stealth vegan' turkish delight!

2 rolls with hash brown potatoes, tomato, lettuce and onion for lunch
homemade potato gnocchi with pumpkin and sage sauce made creamy with some toffutti soy sour cream

Breakfast: oatmeal with orange flavoured soy milk, a banana and 2 digestive biscuits
Lunch: pastas with soy and tomatoes sauce and some raw cashew
Snack: some vegan brownies with raisins which I made :lol:
Dinner: rice with pineapple and peppers

^^Katee, I am intrigued by your orange flavored soy milk. Is this something you made or something that you bought? By the way, your brownies and rice with pineapple/peppers sound nice.

Breakfast: Chocolate fudge porridge with soy milk, pear, plum

Lunch: Fakon & Baked Tofu "eggs" on wholemeal roll, Chococlate Mint Nakd Nudie bar, Apple

Dinner: Pizza with homemade sauce, mushrooms, onions, peppers & Redwood Edam, salad. Hot banana bread with custard

Drinks: Water, coffee, Mint Liquorice tea, Choco tea, spanish hot chocolate, diet lemonade.

Snacks: Carrots, Mints, Sainsburys Smokey BBQ coated nuts, 2 Doves Farm chocolate chip cookies

The orange flavored soy milk is bought. There is a brand of "vegetarian" food here(but most of them are vegan, fortunately :-)) and they have those different types of flavored soy milk(I also bought strawberries flavored soy milk from them and it's simply delicious). And about brownies- I've got the recipe from vegweb.com and I've found plenty of vegan recipes there, especially cakes. Initially, the rice with pineapple was a Cuban recipe which I've found out it was vegan and pretty tasty :lol:.

Lunch: Two slices of chickpea flour quiche, two veggie sausages and a grilled flat mushroom w/houmous
Snack: The last of my home-made marshmallows
Dinner: Spicy butternut squash and carrot soup w/naan bread

D: Whole wheat spaghetti with a simple tomato basil sauce

Snacks: Vegan lemon-coconut cookies, Vegan paprika chips, Soya chocolate dessert pudding
Drinks: Fresh orange juice, tea, lemon soda and water

chili topped with tofu scramble and salsa verde
espresso with soy milk powder
warm Italian bread dipped in evoo, garlic and herbs
few bites of lettuce salad with sun dried tomato vinaigrette
whole wheat pasta with big chunks of tomatoes, basil and garlic (evoo, salt)
wood fire pizza topped with tomatoes, garlic, basil, evoo and mushrooms

I'm still full today. Too many carbs!

Lunch: Wholewheat bloomer, 2 Ryevita, Houmous, Salad (Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onion, Pickled Onion, Carrots, Hemp Seeds). Apple. Lemon Yogurt

Dinner: Croque Monsiuer (forgive the spelling), banana bread

Snacks: Peach, cookie

Drinks: Water, coffee, liquorice mint tea, lemonade, soy latte

Amy's low sodium brown rice and vegetable bowl
huge dinner salad (romaine, onion, pickles, mushrooms, black olives, croutons, imitation bacon bits, dressed with ketchup/vegenaise mix)
topped with half block tofu marinated in soy sauce and rice vinegar
a glass of Niagara wine or 2

D: Boca chikn patty with brown rice and salad

Lunch kept me so full that I didn't eat a snack

Breakfast: Chocolate Lime overnight oats, banana bread, cocoa flax marg, pear

Lunch: Edam Cheezly sandwich, huge salad with cocoa flax, apple, raspberry & passion fruit yogurt

Dinner: BBQ Wrecking ball loaf (from please dont feed the bears), baked potato, carrots, cabbage, gravy.

Drinks: Coffee, Water, 2 soy lattes.

Snacks: Punnet strawberries, cookies.
