D: Faux chicken jerky, french fries and salad

Snacks: Paprika chips, Dried mango, Soy chocolate pudding
Drinks: Tea, water, lemon soda

Boca burger with 2 slices toasted sesame Ezekiel (Daiya, bbq sauce, vegenaise)
brown rice risotto with shitakes and scallions
Ethiopian spiced yellow split peas with Injera bread
bhajis with coconut yogurt sauce and pickles
2 slices thin crust pizza

Breakfast: Toast before swimming, hot cross bun with jam, raspberries, strawberries, pear

Lunch: Huge salad, Sandwich with BBQ wrecking loaf, apple, Nakd Nudie Choc delight bar

Dinner: Rosti, BBQ wrecking ball loaf, veg, orgran outback animals

Snacks: Apple, speculoos biscuit.

Drinks: Coffee, water, soy latte

Breakfast: banana, vanilla flavored soy milk and oat flakes
Lunch: soy and olives pate, cherry jam, some rye bread and a brownie(made by me)
Snack: 4 digestive oat and raisins biscuits
Dinner: peas with soy and dates

Snack: Slice of bread w/houmous
Dinner: Porridge w/coconut milk, berries, a sliced banana, peanut butter and golden syrup
Snack: Marmite on toast

Drinks: Water, multi-vitamin juice, camomile tea

B: Cocoa pops and a raspberry Alpro yoghurt

Elevenses: Toast with peanut butter and dark chocolate spread

L: Mexican bean burgers, steamed courgettes, a few potato wedges and some peas and sweetcorn

D: Vegan Dad's turkey lunchmeat (http://vegandad.blogspot.com/2008/09/hickory-smoked-veggie-turkey-lunchmeat.html) with mashed potato, sage and onion gravy and more peas

Breakfast: Large brown roll with Facon, ketchup & brown sauce. Pear, sundried goji berries.

Lunch: Aegean Tomato & Basil Pitta with salad (lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, carrot, red onion, coco flax & mixed seeds), hummus, apple, Outback animal cookies.

Dinner: Homemade roast tomato & thyme soup, twice baked cheezly potato, veg. Warm Nakd banana bread bar with custard.

Snacks: Speculoos biscuit, peach, apple

Drinks: Water, Yogi tea, 2 soy lattes

Lunch: Wholemeal roll with Chikin, mayo & bac'n bits. Huge salad. Apple. Pear. Nakd Nudie Chocolate bar

Dinner: Rosti, sosamix sausages, veg, brown sauce. Ice Lolly.

Snacks: Digestive biscuit, peach.

Drinks: Water, coffee, yogi tea, soy latte, wine

dinner: half a plate of couscous and roast veg

not eaten a lot at all today, feeling very nauseous and have lost my appetite despite being premenstrual, when i usually eat truckloads. strange.

Lunch: rice pastas with tomato sauce(by me) and some tofu with rye bread
Snack: digestive oat biscuits
Dinner: cauliflower(cooked) with soy and dates

Supper: Brown bread w/Cheezly and Marmite, yoghurt w/blueberries & choc chips

Drinks: Water, apple juice, coffee w/coconut milk, green tea

a gin fizz (veganized!)

smoked vegetable quinoa burger on sourdough with ketchup and lettuce
lil bit o bean salad and a few fries
punkin' ale
small glass of dessert reisling

B: Slice of toast with onion gravy, mushrooms and seitan topping, cold beanburger, small piece of chocolate-pecan brownie

mid-morning: 1/2 a cucumber

L: cold rice noodles with plain sojasun and soya sauce
bubble and squeak (with broccoli instead of cabbage), lentil bake, homemade doughballs with garlic olive oil

D: Bread roll, cold potatoes with homemade hummus and chopped gherkins.
