B - homemade granola recipe from Alicia Silverstone's ''the kindness diet" and soy milk
L - veggie pastie
Sn - small bowl of granola (it's so good) as pre gym snack
D -veggie cassoulet stew with biscuits on top from Veganmonicon cookbook. So hearty and tasty. I changed it to have a tomato/gravy sauce.
Lots of chai and organic black tea and one cup headache tea made with lavender, chamomile and lemon balm.

Breakfast: Toast, Bounce Fudgie Walnut Brain Storm energy ball, pear

Lunch: Wholewheat tortillas with chikin mayo, large salad with coco flax, exotic fruits yogurt, apple.

Dinner: Burritos with soy cheese, Seabrook crinkle crisps with nutritional yeast and onion powder.

Snacks: 2 apples, carrots

Drinks: Water, coffee, Pepsi, vanilla soya latte

... one cup headache tea made with lavender, chamomile and lemon balm.

That sounds very soothing. Does it work?

I had

B: Toast with sunflower spread and yeast extract, alpro vanilla custard with small piece of pecan brownie and raspberries

L: couple of bits of raw cauliflower and carrot, then cauliflower, potato, carrot and lentil curry over quinoa

D: A whole pineapple, toast with peanut butter and melted chocolate, Vegan Dad's turkey seitan slices.

Drinks: raspberry leaf tea, coffee, juice, blackcurrant squash and water.

B- homemade whole wheat bread w/ apple butter
L- veggie noodle soup made from leftover veggies and some Asian noodles in the pantry, plus garlic, onion, herbs
D- will be a huge salad and some more soup and bread

I am big on making things at home, sometimes using leftovers that I have frozen into single serving size bags. And my homemade bread is the easiest I have ever seen...no kneading, cheap, and I always use some sort of whole grain. What can I say? I am lazy and I hate to waste money. :rollseyes_ani:

Today I had a delicious dinner of middle eastern koftas - tofu, walnuts, breadcrumbs, mint, lemon rind and juice, dill, parsley, fake chicken stock.
With middle eastern salad and spelt homemade flat breads & tahini garlic sauce.

What can I say? I am lazy and I hate to waste money. :rollseyes_ani:You don't sound lazy to me! I seem to prefer wasting money to cooking. :(

Yesterday:
coffee w Silk and sugar
leftover Waldorf salad
boxed garden broccoli soup, which turned out to be watery and bland, so for dinner...
homemade potato and broccoli soup (onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms, tons of potatoes and broccoli, easrth balance, Rapunzel Vegan Bouillion w sea salt and herbs, paprika, parsley, tons of nutritional yeast, sea salt and pepper)
french bread roll

Breakfast: a banana, muesli(40% dried fruits) with chocolate flavored soy milk
Lunch: 2 slices of rye bread with soy and pepper pate, some raw cashew and 2 apples
Snack: 3 digestive wheat biscuits
Dinner: mushrooms, 2 apples

Breakfast: Peach Melba overnight oats, pear.

Lunch: Burritos, salad, apple, peach soygurt

Dinner: 2 small baked potatoes, 2 Sainsburys basics vegetable burgers cover with relish & melted Redwood Edam, veg

Snacks: Strawberries, Apple, Cola Raisins

Drinks: Vanilla Soy latte, coffee, water, tea (Liquorice mint, cinnamon, cinnamon & liquorice) white wine

cubano vegano: cuban sandwich made with veggie meats

Lunch: Bento- Apple slices w/vanilla Alpro dessert, rice with vegetables and a sliced-up bean burger
Dinner: Cauliflower, kale, shallot, garlic and mixed bean soup w/naan bread
Dessert: Two Jus-rol croissants w/Spar own-brand chocolate hazelnut spread

Drinks: Water, green tea, soya latte

Drinks: Tea, water, coffee, vanilla soya milk, wine, pepsi

Snacks: Outback animals, Sainsburys smokey nuts

Breakfast: Neapolitan overnight oats, nectarine, choc cherry granola

Lunch: Food Doctor Leek Asparagus & Mint Wheat & Quinoa Wholesome pot, peach yogurt, apple

Dinner: Homemade Foccacia, homemade tomato soup, veg, plain yogurt.

Drinks: M&S Chocolate stout, vanilla soy latte, water, coffee, tea

Snacks: Apple, peach

marinated tempeh slices
veggie sub on flatbread (spinach, tomato, avocado, cucumber, jalapenos, olives, v&o)

Dinner: Linda M Pie with root veg fries, black forest trifle, Moo Free caramelized hazelnut chocolate, 2 Booja Booja raspberry truffles.

Snacks: Strawberries, smokey covered nuts, pecans.

Drinks: Water, Coffee, Pepsi, Beer, Gin, Soy Latte

Breakfast: Porridge, tea and a pear

Lunch: couscous, raw veg, prunes and a square of dark chocolate

Snack: two clementines and a cup of tea

Dinner: a soy latte and a trek bar. nutritious i know but i am working ridiculous hours this week as well as being a full time student. going home tomorrow for nourishment though!
