Breakfast: 1/4 cup 6-grain hot cereal (oatmeal), 1/2 Granny Smith Green Apple, 2 tbsp BTM powder, 3 tbsp Stevia in the Raw
Lunch: Stuffed Peppers (2 poblano peppers, 2 oz FYH Jalapeno Vegan Gourmet cheese, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 tomato, 1 slice onion, 1/4 soy flour, LOTS of spices)
Snack: Dark cherries & 2 tbsp carob
Dinner: Mixed veggies, 1/2 cup edamame, 1 vegan boca patty, broccoli, water chestnuts, FYH vegan gourmet cheese
Drinks: Organic Green/Black Chai Vanilla Tea (Brewed), soy milk light, 1 tsp stevia in the raw.
Midnight snack: 3 strawberries & 3 tbsp carob

Breakfast: White choc & raspberry porridge w/plain soya milk & hemp seeds
Lunch: Veggie meat sandwich w/Kelkin vegan mayo, a banana, a small bag of nuts
Dinner: Home-made greens and bean soup with 2 slices of bread w/sunflower spread

Drinks: Water, green tea, multi-vitamin juice

Dinner: Caramelized onion houmous quiche, salad, blackforest almond trifle, 1/2 an Aldi dark chocolate reindeer
Snacks: Fruit, veg, nutter butter bites
Drinks: Water, lemonade, wine, soya latte

Breakfast: a banana, vanilla flavored soy milk with muesli and some brownies with mint made by me
Lunch: wheat pastas with tomato and hot sauce and 2 big apples
Snack: 2 digestive biscuits with dark chocolate
Dinner: mushrooms and another apple

Its my quiche recipe from here (http://www.veganforum.com/forums/showthread.php?28463-Pictures-of-good-vegan-food-you-ve-eaten!-(2)&p=679365&viewfull=1#post679365), but I used about 60 grams of caramelized onion houmous with the mushroom & onion instead of soya cheese & soya meat:-)

Sounds great! Thanks for sharing. I made a quiche yesterday, the broccoli quiche from vegan brunch, with some added green colouring it's a 'bogus' quiche for a halloween potluck tonight. Might try yours as well some time, though silken tofu is very expensive here and i only buy it as a treat.

So back on topic :)

Yesterday I had
Brunch: 2 omelets (Vegan Brunch) with roasted broccoli, yellow pepper and shrooms, some clementines and apple
Snack: a few pieces very dark chocolate
Dinner: black bean chili with green peppers, millet and cheesy sauce

Brunch: Soya latte, sausage burger, potato cake, tofu "egg" on toast, apple, pear, strawberries, vanilla yoghurt
Dinner: Tempeh tuna sandwich with salad, vanilla yoghurt
Snacks: Cashew nuts, nutter butter cookies, houmous with veg, chocolate
Drinks: Water, coffee, beer, another soy latte

3 falafel wraps with houmous and sliced peppers, with a lot of water.

I've got about the most variable appetite on the planet, usually one of those is all I'll want in a day, I make them big, some reason I'm just really hungry today.
Looking through though, I still think I have about the worst diet on the forum.

I love the French Onion soup from Thai Kitchen....too much sodium so I don't consume it often.

Ehhh I was really bad today. I had given up rice, quinoa and most beans this week. Needless to say, I resorted to candy today (Halloween)!

Breakfast: 1/3 cup 6-grain cereal, 1 Granny Smith Apple, Better than Milk Vegan Beverage, Cinnamon.
Snack: 2 Dates, Soy yogurt, 2 cherry slices (candy)
Lunch: tofu, thai green curry (1/3 cup light coconut milk, 1/2 cup water, cayenne pepper, chilli pepper, stevia, salt, sage), corn, peas, edamame.
snack: soy yogurt, carob, microwave quick no fat homemade brownie (single serving), 3 cherry slices, 2 dates
Dinner: 1/2 little box DOTS, 4 slices of Pizza Hut Pizza (Hand tossed, no cheese, with no meat regular sauce, jalapeno peppers, mushrooms), 5 dates, 5 cherry slices (candy)

I probably over did it on calories today...but considering I've been in a negative net for a few days...my body was probably starved. Aye aye aye. What a horrible feeling.

Morning Snack: 1 cup soy yogurt, 2 tbsp carob chips, 3 cherry slices (Branch's)....I had candy in my yogurt for Halloween
Lunch: 2 poblano peppers, 1 serv FYH Jalapeno Gourmet, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 tomato, Lots of spices
Snack: Chai Black Green tea, 1/2 cup soy yogurt with carob chips and cherry slices, 2 cups of arrow mills wheaties
Dinner: non-fat whole wheat tortilla, 1/4 cup kidney beans, 1 serv FYH Jalapeno Gourmet
Dessert: Single serve non-fat microwaved brownie (homemade-wholewheat with stevia)
Drink: 2 cups chocolate soy milk

Today was such a bad day. I totally over did it on the food. Recovering from the deficiencies of not having enough grains for a week.
I made roasted chickpeas, hummus, pearled barley and kidney beans today. I will be making hard red winter berries tomorrow for breakfast or brunch. I'll have to freeze most of it because I will be leaving town for the weekend to attend to family matters. Joy.

BFast : 4 X Weetbix, 1 portion Nutri Grain, 1 portion mixed berry cereal. Reinforced Soya Milk.
Lunch : 1 X Muesli Bar, 2 X vegan burgers (Eggplant, tomato, onion, Fry's Burger patties.)
Dinner : Bag of crisps (Dont tell Dia, but I dont think she reads this :P ), then decided I should eat something healthy. So I made Bulgher wheat, mushrooms, tomato, chickpeas and spinach dish. mmm Felt better after that.
Snacks : Salted Almonds... mmm love em.

Did do a lot of exercise, so thats why I needed to eat as much. I find that on my days where I do a good number of sets or go climbing I eat a lot more, even when Dia isnt around. (that usually makes me sad and I dont bother cooking.) Things are looking up and Im hoping to gain that last 5 kgs! :D

Not my most creative day either but here it is;
Breakfast: plain corn flakes with soy milk
Lunch: orange/carrot juice & handful of peanuts (had too busy of a day in the office)
Dinner: green lentils with carrots, lots of pistachios, some wholegrain crackers and dark chocolate
