Yesterday

Breakfast: 2 slices of rye bread with peanut butter and cherry jam, a banana and vanilla flavored soy milk
Lunch: green salad with smoked tofu, 2 apples and 3 digestive wheat biscuits
Snack: soy dessert with dark chocolate(kind of pudding)
Dinner: peas with soy and some dates

Lunch: Tomato stew & bread, scampi niknaks, pear, apple
Dinner: Haven casserole, vanilla & raspberry trifle, twilight choc bar
Snack: apple, pear, chocolate, nuts
Drinks: SB Gingerbread latte, latte, water, coffee, tea, water, pepsi

So far for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner(same thing): Chickpeas, raisins, in spinach,red/yellow pepper, carrots salad with some unknown sauces.
a pear for snack and many cups of tea

midnight, some free pancakes...

L-roasted red pepper hummus sandwich, carrots
D-watercress and non-dairy cream cheese sandwich, hummus sandwich, cucumbers
Snack--more popcorn...weird eating day for me, but yummy
Drinks--lots of tea, some coffee, water, and planning on a glass of wine later

After an awesomely cute visit from my parents, I am back at my place. I'll miss them terribly until I see them again (which is soon I hope)!

This weekend consisted of eating awesome different food.
Friday:
Breakfast: Pearled barley, oats & apple for breakfast (all in a small mug).
Lunch: Brown cilantro-lime rice, black beans, hot salsa, mild salsa, corn salsa, red salsa, lettuce. Green Starbucks iced tea.
Dinner: Baked potato with broccoli, garlic sauce, mushroom, black olives and salsa.
Snack: Plain Bagel & soy latte
Dessert: Plain bagel & soy cappuccino
Drinks: Cafe Americano with soy milk, rye wasa crisp, raisins

Saturday:

Breakfast: Plain bagel, organic grape preserves, soy cappuccino
Lunch: cup of grapes & Vegan Chipotle plate with chips & salsa
Snack: Soy latte
Dinner: small baked potato, broccoli, mushroom, black olives, hummus & garlic
Snack: rye bread & home made trail mix.

Sunday breakfast:
Starbucks multigrain bagel, sugar free mocha soy cappuccino, organic preserves, nut topping, fruit topping

Lunch: Half "Cheese" & onion & mushroom quiche, "Cheese" & onion wrap, salad, half an Italian feast sausage (vegan brunch) salad, apple, pear, chocolate covered raspberry liquorice
Dinner: Half "Cheese" & onion & mushroom quiche, "Cheese" & onion wrap, salad, half an Italian feast sausage, Ritz crackers
Snacks: Apple, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, sweets
Drinks: Soya latte, coffee, water, lime and mint tea

Breakfast: Perfect Oatmeal with nut and fruit toppings (no sugar), Multigrain bagel, grande mocha soy cappuccino
Lunch: Chipotle Bowl (Cilantro Lime Brown rice, black beans, 4 salsas, lettuce), chips & medium salsa
Snack: Mint Chocolate Builder bar & soy yogurt with dates & carob chips
Dinner: sandwich (boca patty, pepperjack style rice vegan cheese, 2 slices of mushroom, chipotle ranch vegan sauce, spinach, 2 slices of organic rye bread)
Dessert: Rye crisp with sugar free blueberry preserves

Breakfast: 2 slices of sesame bread with peanut butter and cherry jam and a banana
Lunch: 2 slices of rye bread with smoked tofu, a digestive biscuit, dark chocolate, dates, raw cashew and an apple
Snack: 3 digestive wheat biscuits with soy
Dinner: backed potatoes with mustard and garlic sauce

Lunch: Potatoes & Italian Feast sausage in tomato sauce, salad, pear, bacon rasher crisps
Dinner: Chikin salad sandwich, banana
Snacks: Apple, pear, Linda's Lolly
Drinks: Water, coffee, mint tea, vanilla tea, lime and mint tea, soya latte

Ahh....bad day today...I ate my day's worth of calories between 9 am and 3 pm. Oh well.

Breakfast: Pearled barley, oats, 1/2 green apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, soy milk, light rye slice of bread
Morning Snack: Soy yogurt, carob chips, chopped dates, Cliff Builder bar (Peanut Butter), almond chocolate milk
Lunch: Baked potato, garlic, pepper, mushroom, pepperjack vegan rice cheese, boca patty, spinach, extra virgin olive oil
Snack: 2 servings of light rye crisp (wasa), sugar free jelly & peanut butter
Dessert: Cliff Bar Chocolate brownie, chocolate soy milk light, single serve chocolate brownie, 1 piece of fruit slice candy
Drinks: Coffee, water, tea

I must be anxious or stressed to have consumed all that in a matter of six hours. I'm done eating for the day and definitely hitting the gym after class.

B - I had heated up quinoa with mixed fruit and pumpkin seeds.
L - I have a chick pea spinach / pea curry with quinoa
S - I plan on home made fries and a garden burger made by the Annie company.

I drink water all day and night.

I’m craving a more greasy supper I suppose…I’m putting everything here now because I plan most of my meals way ahead of time but as I right this I am starting to crave a avocado so might add that to the burger :-)

Breakfast: Wholeearth Frosted Maple Flakes (very nice) with a chopped banana & soya milk.
Lunch: Wholemeal roll with homemade sausage & ketchup, Alpro soya choc dessert, apple.
Dinner: Baked potato, cholent, cabbage, carrots, 3 strawberry twizzlers for dessert
Snacks: 2 Pears, Hill's Digestive Cream & Orange Cream biscuits, plum
Drinks: Coffee, Tea (mint & vanilla), soya latte

Breakfast: 1/4 cup combination of oats & pearled barley, 1/2 green apple, 1/3 cup soy milk, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Morning Snack: 1/4 cup chopped dates, Chocolate Mint Clif Builder Bar, 2 slices of Crisp & Light Wasa thingies
Lunch: Medium baked potato, 2 oz tempeh, 1/2 cup of mushrooms, spinach & broccoli, lime, chili, pepper, paprika, garlic
Dessert: Single Serve brownie & Chocolate Chip Brownie Clif Bar
Dinner: Medium baked potato, 2 oz tempeh, 1/2 cup combination spinach, broccoli, and mushrooms, lime, chili, pepper, paprika, garlic
Side: Tomato & Edamame with carrots
Dessert: Skinny Bitch cupcake & 3 slices of rye bread (60 cals)

Does that sound like too much eating?

Dinner: Mini potatoes & veg in tomato sauce with veggie burger. Custard for dessert
Snacks: Apple, pear, 2 plums, carrots, chocolate

Breakfast: 1/4 cup quinoa, 3 tsp of both oats & barley w/ small red apple
Snack: Light Rye Bread
Lunch: 1/2 cup Yellow Summer Squash, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 2 oz tempeh
Snack: Sweet Potato fries (home made) with ketchup, paprika, chili, and pepper; Clif Bar Energy (Chocolate Brownie)
Dinner: Tofurky Italian sandwich w/ rice vegan pepperjack cheese, mushroom, spinach, Tofurky Deli slices (3), 2 slices of light rye bread
Dessert: Clif Builder Bar (Chocolate Mint)
Snack: 1/2 of a homemade sugar free, organic apple "pie"

I am thinking I might make a single serve brownie too...kinda full...but maybe later!

Ok, who was it on here that posted tahini and marmite on toast tasted great! I have become totally addicted and have been eating it almost every day for the past week! Must get back to a more balanced diet but at least I can't be lacking in B12!
