Breakfast: 3 Slices of toast with Raspberry jam (I was going to skip breakfast but forced myself to have some). Apple
Lunch: Pear, Sub roll with Soy Chikin, Homemade sausage, stuffing, mayo, red currant jelly. Cinnamon raisin organic raw food bar
Dinner: Chikin Cacciatore with cous-cous and sprouts, Linda's lolly cotton candy flavour
Snacks: Another pear, some grapes
Drinks: Water, coffee, tea (mint, lime & mint, vanilla chai), alpro chocolate milkshake

choc. dipped coconut luna bar
raisins
qdoba "naked" burrito (black beans, cilantro lime rice, guac, grilled veggies, lettuce, salsa)
tofu salad (marinated tofu, vegenaise, mustard, chopped veggies) in a pita
steamed asparagus

I had cookies for breakfast and chips for lunch... healthy eating seems to have been waylaid.

Yesterday:
Breakfast-1/4 cup 6-grain oatmeal, 3 strawberries, 3 blackberries, 1/4 cup soy milk
Snack-slice of rye bread with cinnamon
Lunch: Baked potato, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup curried TVP, slice of pepperjack rice vegan cheese & 2 baked corn tortillas with salsa
Dessert: Single serve skinny cupcake (80 cals), 4 brach's fruit slices (200 cals....yikes)
Snack: 3 light & crisp wasa crisps
Dinner: 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 boca patty, 1 serving of follow your heard nacho cheese, sweet potato fries (baked-total 1 sweet potato) w/ ketchup
Dessert: Single serve skinny brownie (80 cals)

Lunch: Wraps with tempeh tuna, alpro choc dessert, pear & grapes
Dinner: Goodlife Wild Mushroom & veg kiev, potato's cabbage & gravy
Snacks: Apple, pear & bits
Drinks: Coffee, water, soya latte

Breakfast: 5 Carrots
Lunch: Banana Sandwich with Wholemeal bread & Speculoos spread, apple, pear, sweet chocolate wafer biscuit from vegan store
Dinner: Mixed vegin blackbean sauce, boiled rice, more mixed veg, tofu yung, Cinnamon rice pudding, Bonbarr
Snacks: Veg
Drinks: Coffee, tea, no added sugar Vimto, Toffee Apple Cider, Sam Smiths Winter Welcome Ale, Homemade gingerbread latte

5 big bowls of leek and potato soup.
Same as yesterday.

Beautiful stuff, though not quite as healthy as the rest of you :p

leftover tofu salad in a pita
slice of cocoa halvah
handful of trail mix
3 falafels, fatoush salad, spicy potatoes, pita and baba ghanoush from Lebanese Restaurant
espresso w/shot of frangelico liquor

Breakfast: Starbucks Americano with soy milk.
Lunch: 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1 boca vegan patty, 1/2 cup cooked black beans, 1 tsp nutritional yeast.
Snack: Starbucks Americano with soy milk.
Dinner: Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito bowl: cilantro-lime brown rice, black beans, 4 salsas, lettuce, nutritional yeast, black pepper, vegan nacho cheese.
Dessert: Single-serve skinny brownie with enjoy life vegan mini chocolate chips.

I am feeling SO much better today.

Dinner: Roast potatoes, Holland & Barrett Steakless bake, veg & gravy
Snacks: Houmous & Carrots, my own weight in nuts, pear
Drinks: Homemade gingerbread latte, coffee, vanilla chai tea, beer

Lunch: Houmous & wrap, salad, apple, alpro vanilla dessert
Dinner: Wholewheat roll with Redwood tuna, tofu egg and salad cream, Mint chocolate silken tofu mousse
Snacks: Chocolate cream biscuit, carrots, apple, pear
Drinks: Tea, water, Rosey Nosey beer, soya latte

Sometimes I get the Kelloggs variety packets of cereal and go a bit nuts! I do feel like I'm going to be reprimanded by some sort of breakfast cereal inspectorate, but that only adds to the thrill :P

I had Shepard's Pie for my dinner this evening too.

Nothing quite beats a shepherds' pie, pure unadulterated potato gluttony :P

Breakfast: Peanut butter & jam bagel, yoghurt, peppermint tea
Lunch: A banana, a nakd berry flavoured bar, a packet and salt and vinegar Ryvita
Snack: Crackers w/houmous
Dinner: Stir-fried mixed veg, tofu and cashew nuts w/rice and veg oyster sauce
Dessert: Chocolate mousse w/blueberries

Drinks: Water, green tea

Going to get a snack now...

Breakfast: Green smoothie and healthfull 10 grain english muffin
Lunch: black beans, corn, edamame, salsa, nutritional yeast, rice pepperjack cheese, lettuce, boca burger with grillin thin whole wheat bun
Dinner: corn, edamame, le good wiener, 2 boca patties, nutritional yeast, grillin thins bun, healthfull english muffin, fyh cheese
Dessert: clif bar peppermint stick
