Breakfast: Muesli and rice crispies w/coconut milk, orange juice
Lunch: Bagel w/falafel, houmous & salad, a banana
Dinner: Pasta w/onions, broccoli, kale & mushroom in cheesy sauce
Snack: Raspberry yoghurt w/almonds & chocolate hazelnut spread

Drinks: Green tea, camomile tea, water

Dinner: Chilli, rice, tortilla, salad.
Snacks: Apple, 2 pears, crisps, houmous.
Drinks: Coffee, pepsi, tea, beer, soynog

Snack: muffin with grape jelly
Dinner: 1/2 cup beans, mixed veggies, crushed tomato, nutritional yeast, ww biscuit

Breakfast: Overnight shreddies with banana. Pear.
Lunch: Vegetarian's choice burger on wholewheat bun with mayo & relish, vanilla soya dessert, apple
Dinner: Tomato & olive foccacia, tomato & paprika soup, houmous, 1/2 space bar chorizo, sprouts
Snacks: Apple, carrot sticks, plum
Drinks: Water, coffee, tea, chocolate mint almond milk

i've eaten so much today.
Breakfast: massive bowl of all-bran with banana and almond milk and a cup of tea
snack: an apple and some trail mix
lunch: pitta, olives and hummus, a clementine and another cup of tea
snack: a piece of date slice, some cocoa vegan marshmallows and a cup of green tea
dinner: tomato and butterbean stew with mashed potatoes and a pear

nom. need to do some exercise tomorrow..

Breakfast: green smoothie (blueberries, strawberries, oats, vanilla silk soy milk, stevia)
Lunch: vegan thanksgiving feast (tofu turkey, bread stuffing, green beans casserole, glazed wham, apple walnut stuffing, mashed potatoes, anise dinner roll/biscuit, pumpkin pie) IT WAS HEAVENLY!
Dinner: Whatever what was left over. Plus cornbread & homemade tofu pumpkin pie.

Just prepared a tofu turkey for tomorrow.

Dinner: Seitan sausage casserole, mash, veg.
Snacks: Apple, pear, veg, Danish biscuits

Breakfast: Healthfull English muffin with sugar free grape preserves and 1/4 cup of oatmeal with 2 slices of apple
Lunch: Tofu turkey, beans, sweet potato
Snack: Cliff Energy Bar (Chocolate chip)
Dinner: Tofu turkey, beans, sweet potato and cornbread
Snack: Cliff Energy Bar (Peanut Butter)
Drinks: 2 home made vanilla fraps, coffee, tea, water

Breakfast: vanilla flavored soy milk(Alpro) with sugar-free muesli, a banana, 2 digestive biscuits and pistachio
Lunch: rice and potatoes soup, an apple and prunes
Snack: vegan chocolate cake(made by me)
Dinner: baked potatoes with mustard and garlic sauce

Breakfast: Healthfull English muffin with sugar free grape preserves and 1/4 cup of oatmeal and chocolate chips (sunspire)
Lunch: Skipped.
Dinner: part of the tofu turkey loaf I made for thanksgiving, grillin thins, 1 slice tofurky italian ham, slice of rice vegan cheese, organic cranberry sauce (wholeberrry)
Dessert: strawberry, blackberry smoothie with 2/3 almond milk and 1/3 soy milk (both light)

Lunch: last loaf of my home made tofu turkey with grillin thins, tofurky italian deli slice and rice pepperjack vegan cheese
Snack: Clif Builder Mint Chocolate bar and sweet potato casserole with vanilla and cinnamon
Dinner: grillin thin with deli slice and pepperjack vegan cheese, brown rice, black beans, 2 oz garden veggie tempeh, nutritional yeast, fyh nacho gourmet cheese, salsa and seasonings with lemon
Drinks: Tea, coffee, water, pumpkin spice silk soy milk

Snacks: 2 Apples, 2 Pears, 2 Fig Rolls, carrots & mustard
Drinks: Water, coffee, Pepsi, soya latte

Breakfast: Healthfull 10-grain english muffin with grape jelly and oatmeal with cranberries, cinnamon, stevia and chocolate Snack: Clif Builder Bar (mint chocolate) Lunch: Green chile enchiladas with tempeh, black beans, nutritional yeast and fyh nacho cheese Dinner: mexican enchilada casserole (3 yellow corn tortillas, black beans, nutritional yeast, tempeh, fyh cheese) same as above but in a little casserole Dessert: 4 frozen strawberries, 5 black berries, 1 cup almond milk, stevia and cinnamon (all blended into a green shake)
