^^They are delicious. Ever since my husband gave me an espresso maker, I keep cocoa, soy milk, and vegan marshmallows on hand, and sprinkle the top with cinnamon. So good!

That does sound delicious! I think my coffee machine is near the end of its life...I'm thinking of getting a Keurig or an espresso maker for Christmas. Maybe I'll get both....plus an e-reader (Kindle or Nook). This weather calls for a delicious steaming cup of soy mocha! Vegan marshmallows are a little pricy, but well worth the expense.

What's vegan haggis like? It's one of those things I always regard with a little suspicion when I see it in a health food store.

Breakfast: Firm tofu sliced, covered in olive oil and spices then baked (under smoking point) for 25minutes.

I'd never tried doing anything but frying tofu before that and was curious, it wasn't bad but neither was it that good - I imagine that it's far better if you properly marinate it first.

That's all so far because I've spent the last 6 hours programming a virtual pen that draws a picture of a fork, why did I decide to do a programming module? T_T

I tried to make vegan col-cannon for a St. Patrick's episode (for a variety show I did w/ friends). It was like sock water soup. Bleck! I hope your was successful.

Haggis and colcannon are two completely different things! Colcannon is mashed potatoes with cabbage or curly kale, while haggis is a mixture of meat and oats cooked in a sheep's stomach! How did you try to make your colcannon that it turned out soupy?
