L: brown rice with tahini lemon sauce, black beans, kale. baked tofu slices. celery and baby carrots with hummus. choc. covered espresso beans
S: coconut cream pie larabar
S: couple squares of orange zest carob
D: udon noodles with veggies tossed with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sesame seeds

Yesterday:
breakfast: 2 pc brown toast with peanut butter
snack: banana
lunch: hummus, pepper, carrot + rocket sandwich
snack: grape and raspberry juice
Dinner: 2 pc toast with baked beans and a mountain of mushrooms

Today:
bfast: 2pc toast with marmite and marmalade
snack: raspberry and grape juice
Lunch: hummus, carrot, pepper and rocket sandwich
snack: banana
dinner: toast with baked beans and a slightly smaller mountain of mushrooms

my new job is killing my diet! I'm only just making 5 fruit and veg, will have to rememdy that asap

so far today:

2 leftover chickpea cutlets w bbq sauce and mustard.
veg medley patty with garlic hot sauce.
broiled (burned) pita w earth balance and yeast extract
2 glasses fruit juice
large lettuce salad w green and black olives, onions, 1/2 can butter beans, sliced jalepenos and garden french.

that was all before noon... snackage will prob cont thru dinner.

Breakfast - tea and 2 digestive biscuits
Lunch - 2 veggie sausages, roasted new potatoes and broccoli.
A glass of whisky at about 5pm! (I feel poorly and thought it might help)
Dinner - I wasn't sure I wanted any, but I made an effort and have had about half a plate of curry and rice, with tomato and cucumber salsa. The curry had onion, fresh garlic, broad beans, peas (picked today!), tomatoes, new potatoes and smoked tofu.

Had a very yummy food day today!

B: Porridge with brazilnut milk, 1/2 banana and tahini
S: The other half of the banana with tahini on it, a few cherries
L: Salad made of lettuce, peas, broccoli, carrot, beetroot, alfafa&radish sprouts, spring onion, tomato, brown rice,topped with sunflower and beetroot pate(from gabriel cousins conscious eating)...it was soooo colourful, it brightened up the cloudy day!
S: Smoothie: Banana, 1/2 avocado, peach
D: Aduki bean burger, Quinoa, tamari sauteed mushrooms, cauliflower, cabbage and home made bbq sauce (miso, molasses and tomato), a cacao/date/nut/coconut ball.

dinner-most massive stir fry of mushrooms, carrots, a pepper and mange tout.
more like 10 fruit and veg, woooo go me!

Yesterday:

Coke Light
Half a pear, half a bun with cherry jam, 2 mushrooms, couple of carrot slices and a couple of asparagus spears and a small potato and veggie pattie thing (breakfast on the plane)
Boots' Bugsy Sandwich (shredded carrot, alfalfa sprouts and houmous on ww)
Coke Light
Noodles with spicy sauce and a green pepper
Green tea

Lots of water.

Today (not been overly hungry, probably cus of yesterday's food!):

Banana
Green tea
Iceberg lettuce with reduced fat houmous
2 vodka watermelon juice's
Will have some Kettle chips with cream cheese as a treat while chilling out tonight

L - Onion bagel, reduced fat hummus, green salad, yellow cherry
tomatoes, various salad items in balsamic and olive oil dressing,
cous cous
lots of water, 2 drinks of sugar free robinsons cordial
D - Panini lightly toasted, spread of free from Mayo, redwoods rashers,
sliced large plum tomato, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup
white tea and large glass iced water and fresh lemon.

Kitteh how do you cook risotto rice till its just right? I believe it is hard to get it to the 'just right' texture - well according to the cookery programmes! I bought some to try and am scared to bloody use it! :lol:

^bradders, that looks and sounds delicious. do you have any specifics on amounts? what about the chili? i'm intrigued by the rich ,dark color of the sauce as well. looks very tasty!

Breakfast Organic wheatflakes (really tiny and cute!) with sultanas and cinnamon, soya milk
Lunch Portion of Troutina's chick pea and lemon soup with 2 dry slices of small wholemeal bread
Dinner 4 slices cheatin beef, hash browns, sweetcorn, minted garden peas, caramalised onion and gravy. Beetroot and horseradish relish.
Lots of water and 2 cups of coffee
Not any fruit today as too full, brought raspberries, strawberries and my kiwi home with me from work!

Hey VW, what an interesting sounding fusion of food! Are you in the UK or across the pond/ocean somewhere? I have never heard of or seen a red romaine lettuce, vidalia onions, yerba mate, green-mate tea! Can you elaborate a bit more for me please? PM me if you don't want to disturb the thread if you don't mind. :D

Rashers with wholemeal bread spread with free from mayo
Mushrooms and tomatoes with chilli flakes
Salt and pepper potato wedges. Ketchup and chilli sauce
Gin (few glasses with lemonade!)
