Breakfast: half a portion of oatmeal and 10-grain english muffin with cranberries and choc chips and cinnamon
Snack: homemade mocha with plain light silk soy milk, cocoa, enjoy life chocolate chips, coffee and ice
Lunch: enchilada casserole: 2 ff corn tortillas, hot sauce, nutritional yeast, fyh soy cheese, corn
Snack: same snack as above
Dinner: skinny wheat bagel thin with rice pepperjack vegan cheese, vegan boca patty, and tomato basil sauce
Snack: same snack as above
Drinks: tea and water

Breakfast: Toast before swimming, Trek Chocolate Brownie Protein bar, pear
Lunch: Wholewheat roll with Linda McCartney Red Onion & Rosemary sausages, Provamel Cherry Soygurt, Apple
Dinner: Cupboard clear out casserole (Potato, swede, carrot, onion, red onion, rehydrated soya chunks, gravy powder, herbs & spices), toast, cabbage.
Snacks: Another apple, banana, chocolate, 1 Danish Biscuit
Drinks: Water, coffee, chocolate soya milk

Burgers from leftovers and garlic mayo
roast veg with yellow pepper sauce pie, hassleback potatoes, green veg salad with chickpeas and avocado
apple, biscuits, carrot
Tea with soya milk, liquorice and slippery elm tea's, water

Breakfast: Tofu scramble over a bed of spinach and hash browns (seasoned with nutritional yeast, turmeric, salsa, spices)
Lunch: loaf of tofu turkey, brown rice, kidney beans, nutritional yeast, enchilada sauce, soy cheese and corn
snack: Plain bagel
Dinner: loaf of tofu turkey, wheat thin bagel, boca patty, rice vegan cheese, tomato basil sauce, brown rice, corn, kidney beans, tempeh
snack: homemade soy mint mocha frapp

Lunch: Salad (Diced potato, Viana Real Smoked tofu, Tomato, Red Onion). Pear. Cherry Soygurt
Dinner: Amys California burger on a wholewheat bun, salad, Scampi flavoured NikNaks, Chocolate
Snacks: Apple, carrots
Drinks: Coffee, water, lime & mint tea, chocolate soya milk

Breakfast: white choc & raspberry porridge w/coconut milk

Lunch: salt&vinegar ryvita, veggie burger sandwich w/ketchup, a clementine

Dinner: rice noodles w/stir-fried veg & nuts w/satay sauce

Supper: camomile tea w/choc chip cookies

Drinks: water, mint green tea, coffee w/vanilla milk

Brunch: Porridge with blueberries

Dinner: Home made lentil burgers (really boring ones, just lentils and breadcrumbs, as I've ran out of all types of veg, even onions!)

Dinner: Neatballs with spaghetti, fried mushrooms, kale salad and peppermint cupcake

Breakfast: Tofu scramble (turmeric, nutritional yeast, nu-salt, Mrs. Dash Seasoning, black pepper, soy sauce), spinach and mushrooms.
Snack: Homemade Mint Chocolate Chip Mint Frappuccino (Light Plain Silk Soymilk, mint extract, cocoa powder, fair trade instant coffee, ice, water, and stevia in the raw sweetener).
Lunch: Leftovers from Green (Neatballs with spaghetti and marinara sauce, fried mushrooms with brown gravy and kale)
Snack: Another homemade frapp with 2 vegan cupcakes (vanilla peppermint swirl and chocolate coconut cream).
Dinner: Leftover from Green (Fried tofu and fried rice with veggies tossed in sesame sauce with kale) and cauliflower mashed "potatoes" with nutritional yeast, pepper, garlic, Mrs. Dash Seasoning mix.
Snack: Another homemade frapp, loaf of tofu turkey, brown rice, whole-wheat, fat-free, sugar-free carrot cake with silk soymilk "frosting."
Dessert: Clif Bar (Cool Chocolate Mint)

Thank you :) I am thinking of making another frappuccino hehe. I still have nine more pages to type up tonight so the caffeine would be most helpful!!

Ah, they were just yummy. Peppermint just makes the holidays that much yummier!

Lunch: Wrap stuffed with houmous, lettuce, grated carrot, gherkin and left-over stir fry which had been cooked with Wagamama's chilli sauce.
Snack: Milky coffee with chocolate brownie Trek bar
Dinner: Dhal, rice and beans

Drinks: Plenty of mulled wine!

No breakfast - Fasting
Lunch: Fruit loops & soya milk, Smoked tofu sandwich, Fry's peppermint cream, apple, pear
Dinner: Wholewheat roll, Christmas Soup, warm Molenaartje Fruit Break Bar covered in custard
Snacks: Apple, chocolate, plum
Drinks: Pepsi, coffee, water, hot chocolate

Lunch: sushi with avocado and all dressed chips, orange
Supper: Not 100% sure yet. Thinking taters from Safeway and a english muffin pizza I have no idea how to make yet.

Breakfast: banana, toast and marmite, pineapple juice and coffee (not all together :D)
Lunch: out Christmas shopping so grabbed a vegan sausage roll.
Dinner: not hungry after sausage roll but had snack of 'raw popcorn' This is my latest addiction after seeing youtube video. You cut up cauliflower into small pieces, add olive oil, nutrional yeast flakes, sea salt and whatever spices you want.
Treat: cleo peanut butter cup, lovely but made me feel sick!
Drinks: lots of water and a coffee

Lunch: potato smiley faces, tofu and peas with bread.
Snack: Avacado pear with balsamic vinegar. Peanuts.
Tea: pasta with tomato and faux cheese sauce with bits of green pepper, peas and sweetcorn.
And far too much fruit juice.

My appetite seems to be coming back. (:

Dinner: Homemade roasted tomato & thyme soup, Goodlife wedge, sprouts, silken chocolate coconut dessert
Snacks: Plums, chocolate
Drinks: Water, coffee, green tea with blueberry, soy nog

Yesterday: Sauteed onions with liquid braggs, oregano, basil, peas, carrots, broccoli, mustard greens, kale, and collard greens next to butternut squash and jasmine rice, non-gmo corn chips with sea salt and onion/cilantro salsa, water, and ginger tea with maple agave.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who eats a lot or a little depending on the day. A health documentary I watched yesterday said we should be eating at least 5-9 servings of vegetables a day. He recommends 14 servings. Yikes!
