Breakfast: Tofu scramble (1/5 pkg tofu) with 1 mushroom cap sliced with nutritional yeast sprinkled over
Snack: homemade mocha mint frappuccino and whole wheat, sugar free, fat free vegan carrot cake with apple butter and a clif crunchy peanut butter bar
Lunch: Baked potato with chives (1/2)
Snack: Clif Bar (Chocolate Chip)
Dinner: Whole wheat fettuccine, TVP meatballs, marinara and nutritional yeast AND 2 slices of thin crust no cheese jalapeno and mushroom pizza from Pizza Hut
Dessert: Some of my carrot cake
Drinks: 2 more frapps, strawberry smoothie, and strawberry blackberry smoothie, coffee, tea
