Slice wholemeal toast with strawberry jam, cup coffee with soyamilk
Mashed potatoes, carrots, minted garden peas and mushroom stroganoff
2 glasses water, 1 glass of fresh lemon squeezed in water
1 cup of coffee with Oatly

No fruit for me today bad vegan! :(

Kitteh how do you cook risotto rice till its just right? I believe it is hard to get it to the 'just right' texture - well according to the cookery programmes! I bought some to try and am scared to bloody use it! :lol:

Don't be scared! People seem to make risotto sound difficult but if you use the right amount of rice and add the stock in gradually (as it gets absorbed) and continually stir, it works out well.

I follow the instructions on the packet or a recipe (like I did the other night). When I'm at home I will copy out the recipe and send it to you!

A lot of Bombay Mix!
Pasta bake thing with green pepper, red onion and tomatoes

Lots of water.

Today:

Green tea
Tapas at Mono, Glasgow: Dahl with ww pitta bread, and courgette flower tempura with soy sauce dip
Sliced cucumber and yellow pepper with reduced fat houmous
Vodka with watermelon juice

A: 2 spoonfuls of pb
D: 2 gfree quesadillas w/ mushies, tomato, capsicum & smoked Sheese

Turka Daal with boiled rice

Lots of water. Will maybe have some leftover turka daal later.

Lots of iced water
One cup of coffee with Oat milk
Fresh pineapple and mango
One apple
Onion bagel with mashed avocado, lime juice and chilli flakes
Baked potato, baked beans and four 'thai style cakes' from Redwoods and they were very nice!
No veg for me today other than the baked beans....I've been slack! Oh, chick peas in the thai cakes! :o

4 slices small wholemeal bread with cheatin rashers on and sliced tomato, ketchup on one, chilli sauce on the other YUM!:tongue_ani:
Some pistachio nuts

Takeaway
Plain curry sauce kindly veganised by local Indian
Chips (ooohh!), rice, vegetable samosa, chapatti and wine... (piggie)

so far today:

cup of leftover ma po tofu and broccoli
1 organic banana
2 instant coffees
small salad- lettuce, onion, celery, olives, nut yeast, french.
"flame grilled" garden burger w mustard on wg roll
cup o bran flakes w almonds and dessicated coconut added + soy milk

don't know what's for dinner yet.

rubbish day bcz of over sleeping and busy day at work

bfast: 1.5 slices whole meal bread
diet coke
lunch: hummus pitta with salad, carrots, pickles and tabouleh
snack: dried papaya and mango
dinner: 2 pieces of toast with pure marmite and marmalade.

tomorrow will be much better though because I am on a late.

^ I think it tastes pretty good! You should try it :P I usually just have them separately on the side of something then end up mixing them together in spoonfuls. You know like if you had lots of different things contributing to a roast?

Today:

Peppermint tea
A banana
Sliced cucumber and red pepper with reduced fat houmous
Noodles with a green pepper, red onion and a tomato in sweet chilli sauce
Few gulps of peach, mango and papaya juice
Cherry soya yogurt

Large glass of iced water with fresh lime and lemon squeezed in.
Large bowl of fruit; melon, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, 2 kiwi fruit and a banana mostly organic
Large bowl of home-made hot noodle soup incl noodles, pak choi, mushrooms, spring onions, red pointed peppers etc
Half a sandwich made with whole bran bread, 2 slices of sage and onion slices by Redwoods, plum tomato and scrape of mayo, salt and pepper.
Cup of tea with soyamilk
Off to find something for dinner.......

Two slices of wholemeal bread toasted, spread with jalapeno hummus. Raw spinach, raw onion with a drizzle of chilli dipping sauce. Mushrooms and cherry plum tomatoes cooked in a little olive oil and pure and chilli flakes. Garlic powder thrown in... Super hot! All organic except bread, hummus and spinach.
Cup of coffee
Large glass of water x 2

PS think I'll skip the baked beans in tomato sauce and peas thanks....! I'm stuffed!

B: Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi

S: Warm ciabatta w/ Pure spread

L: Stir fry (onion, green pepper, red pepper, chestnut mushrooms, baby corn, mange tout, carrot) w/ basmati rice. Dessert = baked tortilla wraps filled w/ banana and choc, w/ scoop of vanilla Swedish Glace.

S: Warm ciabatta w/ Pure (yup, the ciabatta addiction is still going on...), organic four seed bar, Nakd orange raisins

D: Innocent Indian daal curry w/ pilau rice and poppadums

My, what a lot of food. Well I've still got this cold/virus going on and they do say "feed the cold, starve the fever" and I was very hungry... :)
