So far have the following at work with me;

Portion of mango,apricot,blueberries,raspberries, strawberries & melon

Salad comprising of raw spinach and watercress, cucumber, cherry plum tomatoes, red pointed pepper, avocado - sprinkled with Food Doctor mixed seeds/nuts/herbs and some chilli flakes/S&P.
Balsamic vinegar and chilli dressing from Abel & Cole
Organic for the most of above.

Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon and 1 lime both organic to put in my water.

Cup of coffee with soyamilk x 2
Several glasses of water with lime and lemon juice

Mashed potato (white) and sweet potato
Baked beans
Nut cutlet (Goodlife)

Very healthy day for me today. I'm giving myself 5* :thumbsup::D

Yesterday:

A banana
Green tea
Nachos with a tomato, bean salsa and mild salsa, half a slice of Cheatin' bacon cut into bits, some reduced fat caramelized onion houmous on the side
Leftover tortilla chips with caramelized onion houmous
Peppermint tea

Lots of water and a few gulps of peach, mango and papaya juice throughout the day.

L: salad w/ 2 pces gf toast w/ roast capsicum tapenade
D: chickpea patties w/ lettuce, cucumber & balsamic, water

raw coconut/flax breakfast cake with blueberries
everything bagel with sunflower seed pate
tea
few small pickles
lentil soup with tarragon and thyme
baked potato with green onions and tofutti sour cream

Today:
cookies and cream luna bar
tea
1 plum
lentil soup
pistachio larabar
few choc. covered espresso beans
thai papaya salad with lime dressing
"drunken" noodles with tofu and veggies

Toastie with Cheatin' bacon and a Tofutti cheese slice with sweet chili dipping sauce
Sliced red apple with peanut butter

Terrible terrible me.........nothing yet, been sleeping ALL day! :o
Off to get something now..

ETA: 2 large glasses of water with fresh lemon and lime
Cup of coffee with 1 sugar and soyamilk
Watermelon
Beans on toast with Pure cheese slices on top melted under the grill
(It was yum!)
Chilli sauce

1 apple whilst out with Elsie

3 large glasses of plain water

Mushrooms and large plum tomato stirfried
4 rashers of Redwoods cheatin' rashers
4 hash browns grilled
Spaghetti (tinned)
2 slices wholemeal bread with free from mayo

Large glass of water with fresh organic lemon and lime juice
Organic grapes, strawberries, raspberries, cherries and blueberries
Organic Green tea with berries
Organic Ginger tea

Spinach, watercress, onion, tomato, cucumber and red pepper salad
Abel and Cole Chilli and Balsamic vinegar dressing
2 slices wholemeal bread
Small pot of Houmous caramalised onion flavour

Organic Peppermint tea

Goji berries and dried cranberries

Baked sweet potato
Nut cutlet (Goodlife)
Mushrooms and cherry tomatoes cooked with Pure in garlic powder and chilli flakes
Baked beans
Ketchup and free from mayo

Glass water with lemon and lime
Cup of coffee soyacream
1 apple
Spinach, watercress, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and red pepper salad
with chilli and balsamic vinegar dressing, and a sliced avocado YUM!
Sprinkled with Food Doctor salad seeds
Glass of cordial
More glasses of water with l&l
Bowl of homemade fennel soup (with carrots and red pepper)
had to add chilli flakes as tasted waaaay too carrotty!
Wholemeal bread
1 nectarine
More water

Breakfast - An apple and a cup of tea
Elevenses - Two pots of tea and a slice of vegan carrot & orange cake at a cafe
Lunch - Summery Pasta with onion, broccolli, courgette (actually, it was a kind of summer squash type courgette relation thing) yellow pepper and Dad's homegrown spinach. Cup of tea, 3 bits of chocolate and a hobnob biscuit.
Dinner will involve broad beans and tofu, somehow!

Breakfast:
Tinned grapefruit in light syrup with bran flakes, soya milk and rice milk;
pot of tea with soy milk,
Lunch: hovis seed sensations sandwich with hot taifun tofu weiners, plamil mayonnaise, pure spread, and caramelised onion chutney.
Dinner will be a pack of ready prepared stir fry with some sauce and white rice. But not for a while as I'm still full from lunch.

^ Aren't they nice those Hovis Seed Sensations we have had the orange packet a few times now. Not tried the purple one, have you? ^
The Tesco 'promotes low cholestrol' bread is nice too think it has bran or wheatgerm in the title? (they are totally different things but I can't remember lol) don't buy the cholestrol gimmick just fancied it and it was gooood! :D

ETA Its called Oatbranbread and its yum (in case you didn't get that the first time!)

So far today I have had;
1 apple
1 nectarine
2 cups of ginger tea
2 slices wholemeal toast with Pure and strawberry jam.
2 cups of green tea with berries
5 gingernuts :eek: (not one after the other!)

2 slices of crusty french stick with hoummus
Finally attempted a risotto and it was nom nom nom ;)
Risotto rice with vegetable stock. Spinach, mushrooms, plum cherry tomatoes, red onion, red pepper and brocolli. Will be doing that again!

Today me has eaten....

some cow, some pig.... just seeing if you were paying attention!

an apple, grapes and cherries
Peppermint tea x 2
Orange cordial
Bowl of the homemade fennel, carrot and red pepper soup I made the other day that turned out waaaay too carroty. This time I added some garlic powder and black pepper. Was much nicer except now I can feel that I will deffo not have any visits from vampires in the night, *cough -god it was strong, may have overdone it a tad*:eek:
2 slices of wholemeal bread and Pure spread
Lots of water
mashed potato, homemade onion gravy (thanks Sandra)
Mushrooms, cauli and green beans
Redwoods fake Turkey 'joint' quite nice with gravy. Not sure if I liked it enough to scream about it though.

Two bowls of leek and potato soup.

^ Gosh you do get some unusual teas in your neck of the woods VW! Does the gogi berry one taste like gogi berries or not? That would be really unusual. I would like to try that if it did. They don't always taste of the things they 'claim' to be. I have been disappointed a few times when they have been really quite weak when I thought they would be bursting with fruity flavours!
Did you try the Stroganoff? Tried to PM you a short while afterwards but it came back as your inbox was full. What did you think (if you have)?
