^ Gosh you do get some unusual teas in your neck of the woods VW! Does the gogi berry one taste like gogi berries or not? That would be really unusual. I would like to try that if it did. They don't always taste of the things they 'claim' to be. I have been disappointed a few times when they have been really quite weak when I thought they would be bursting with fruity flavours!
Did you try the Stroganoff? Tried to PM you a short while afterwards but it came back as your inbox was full. What did you think (if you have)?

The goji tea actually tastes like strawberries, it's nice. Sadly, I have not made the stroganoff yet. I've been very lazy :o. Hence, the failure to clear out my inbox (and everything else around here :rolleyes:).

Few gulps of passionfruit, pear and apple juice
A banana
Green tea
Slightly toasted sandwich with Cheatin' bacon, baby spinach, a cherry tomato, Pure spread and vegan mayo (was awesome!!)
Spicy pasta with a red pepper, red onion and red chilli

Lots of water. Might have a yogurt in a bit.

Large glass of water with Lemon and Lime
Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
Wholemeal oatbran sandwich with caramelised hoummus and spinach.
Cherry plum tomatoes, cucumber and slices yellow pepper
Ready salted Hula Hoops x 2
Cup of coffee with soya milk and 1 sugar
Cup of tea with soya milk
Bottle ribena with pomegranate and rasberry (16 cals)

Baked beans on toast with 2 slices of wholemeal toast, pure sunflower margarine.
2 Pure cheese slices.
Vodka and 3 glasses sparkling 'expensive for me' wine :D;):surprised_ani::eek:

(teas mayan coco spice, black raspberry-green, white lotus, dark roast yerba mate, black)

A green apple
Slightly toasted sandwich with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, mustard and vegan mayo
Peppermint and fennel tea
A sliced red pepper with reduced fat houmous
Udon noodles with sweet chilli sauce, a green pepper, a red onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes
Blueberry soya yogurt

Lots of water and a few gulps of passionfruit, pear and apple juice throughout the day.

day before
1 piece wholemeal bread
apple and coffee
peas, cabbage and whole grain rice
2 pieces of bread with tinned tomatoes

I'm trying to cut down on carbs (coversation with boyf went something like me:'im soo fat :(' him : 'maybe you eat too many carbs?' me: 'you think im fat?!?!!?!?' hee hee poor boy can't win) and up fruit/veg intake, today was much better than yesterday, lets see what we can do tomorrow!

No sauce Squig with the peas and cabbage wasn't it boringly bland? :smile:

Today I have felt a bit blerrgh got a cold I think (no comments with swine flu please! Had enough of that from people at work...although I haven't had a cold for years....aarrgh!)
Onion and poppy seed bagel with Leonoras Kitchen mushroom garlic spread, spinach and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle of hot chilli Blue Dragon Sauce
2 packets of hula hoops one with chilli sauce on top!

2 litres of lemon and lime water

drinking way too much so tonight when I go out i will be on the soft drinks :D

strange food day. need to go shopping.

small bowl dried bananas and coconut shreds
instant coffee w soy milk
noodles in better than chicken broth w frozen spinach added
black bean burger on ww roll
shredded carrots with mushrooms, vegenaise and garlic chili sauce mixed in

don't know about dinner, but prob will make something involving tomato sauce, tofu and couscous.

Bowl of organic porridge with seed spinkles, almonds, blueberries, wheatgerm and flaxseed.
2 clementines
Several cups of fruit/herbal tea
Bowl of homemade sweet potato and tomato soup
Wholemeal toast
Large mushrooms stuffed with stuff!

fruit teas, water with lemon and lime
Bowl of sweet potato and tomato soup
Wholemeal toast with caramelised onion hummous
Chestnut mushrooms with soya sauce, chilli flakes, garlic mixed with pure marg and melted. Oven baked for 12 minutes
Brown rice noodles with avocado, spring onion, garlic, olive oil, s&p and cherry tomatoes.

This time of year is one of over-abundance for many of those producing their own food. But the variety is wonderful!

Last night we had a parnsip pie, using our own baby parsnips (far nicer than big fellas), potatoes and mange tout.

It was accompanied by our own onions, lettuce, radishes, chives, parsley, peas, carrots, some local tomatoes, plus a few of our neighbour's tiny potatoes doused with Plamil mayo.

This morning, (balancing the food miles!) an orange/banana/oat/syrup smoothie with a dash of cider vinegar and a teaspoonful of flax oil.

Day two of trying to cut down on the calories I eat (and also load up on fruit to ward off a cough that's on it's way).

Breakfast: Sugarsnap peas, red and white grapes.

Snack: Small citrus.

Lunch: Thai green curry with onions, red and green peppers, courgette, celery, frozen chickpeas (so much nicer than tinned), mushrooms, spinach, brown basmati rice.
Banana, 3 small citrus, strawberry yoghurt.

Dinner: Wholemeal part-baked french bread with chargrilled artichoke, tomato, onion, mushroom, oregano, parsley, teeny spray of spray oil, baked in the oven. Half pizza, half bruschetta.

Snack: Packet of physalis, loads of strawberries, half a medium mango.
