B: 2 narnas, tea w/ rice milk
M: green smoothie (baby spinach, 3 narnas), a few pces of Mrs May's cranblueberry snack
L: a sweet potato, black bean, millet burger w/ salad (lettuce, tom, cuc, carrot, avo, balsamic)
A: water
D: raw zucchini hummus, carrot sticks, wintertime tea

Pomegranate juice
Fajitas: 3 small wraps with baby spinach, salsa and chickpeas, tomato, onion, green chilli and green pepper in spices
Lots of water.

yesterday:
lots of fruit for b'fast
coffee and sugar
an orange
vegetable curry over carrots and peas
spinach noodles
baked beans
bit of a random/over eating day but it's the first day ive felt hungry in about 2 weeks so thats ok.

lunch; beetroot salad
dinner; stirfried vegetables followed by tinned mandarins.

B: Cereal, agave nectar and rice milk
L: Left over mashed potato squished up with finely chopped onion and fried with baked beans and tinned tomatoes.
D: Vegetable lasaga and chips washed down with Scrumpy Jack.

Lettuce wraps with veggies in black bean sauce
Black coffee
Potato wedges with mayo
2 small tortilla wraps with baby spinach, tomato and mock chicken
Sliced cucumber with homemade houmous
Water and much white wine and cranberry vodkas.

A: lentil veggie pattie, steamed green veggies, rice milk latte
D: sweet potato, chickpea, millet pattie, corn chips, salsa, a few vodka pineapples

Lunch: massive stirfried veg and tofu
dinner: tin of sweet corn and mango mint tofu
again over eaten, oh well at least it was all healthy

Frosties and Coco Pops mixed together with soya milk
Bombay mix
Sliced cucumber and yellow pepper with homemade houmous
A few ginger snaps
Peppermint and fennel tea
Udon noodles with a red pepper, tomato and onion
Bombay mix
Water throughout the day and some cider and blacks in the evening.

A: a celery stick with pb, a dozen rice crackers, tea w/ rice milk
D: sweet potato, chickpea, millet, leek veggie burger, mushies, steamed broccoli, a tofutti cutie, rooibos tea

lunch: coronation spinach roll- spinach, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, tomato, coronation mayo
snack: handful of dried fruit and nuts
dinner: stir fried veg
snack: nother handful of dried fruits and nuts
bout 8 portions of fruit and veg I think, not bad, but not great.

lunch: noodles, apple, stuffed chilli
dinner: runner bean, butternut squash and tofu soup. 3x samosas with tamarind chutney.
snack: toasted spice bread

dinner; roasted veg and a bowl of fruit salad

B. Organic cornflakes with agave nectar and oat milk.
S. Oat cakes and peanut butter
L. Jacked potato with hummus, salsa and salad.
D. Cottage pie (vegemince, onion, carrot, mushroom, celery, tomato and garlic for filling, sweet potato and white potato mash for topping) and steamed spring greens. Swedish Glace chocy lolly. *nom*

dinner: potato wedges, frys schnitzel and baked beans
snack: several palmarita biscuits

Corn on the cob and pasta with cherry tomatoes
Slice of plum crumble (made for me by my 13 year old cousin :D)
