Some curry rice and broccolli, a big bowl of pasta and a packet of crisps. All your food lists sound really tasty :)

pumpkin seed bread with aubergine spred, tomatoes, salt + pepper

kimchi ramen (yay for vegan kimchi in Japanese noodle shops)!
a huge jam-filled cookie thing from sattgruen <3

a banana
taboulleh with grilled courgette

a cup of nice milky tea
now pressing the tofu for making VVAW potato/tofu stew

B: 2 blackberries and cup of tea

2!? :p

I've had:

br: cornflakes
snack: 2 fruit shortcake biscuits
lunch: 1 and a half hummous sandwiches with lettuce and cucumber, and another biscuit or two.
snack: 2 digestive biscuits and a couple of squares of organica chocolate
dinner: thai green curry with red onions, loads of green beans, a green pepper, potatoes and smoked tofu, with brown rice.

I've only just realised how many biscuits I've eaten!

B - bran flakes, soy milk, sultanas. Spoonful of flax oil (gah!)
L - lentil soup, banana, strawberries
D - vegetable stew with Wicken Fen tomato + coriander sausages
Snacks - Oh god, a whole Fry's cream, 2 huge squares of chocolate tiffin, then bread and houmous, and now I feel sick :(

I'm sick with the flu or something and I really want to eat delicious food, but I can't stomach it. I tried to keep the food down.

Cup of tea with 2 slices bread
Brown rice with soy sauce
2 cups of fruit punch
Tomato slices with a bit of mild salsa and tortilla chips (this made me feel ill and heavy)
Another cup of tea

I want to cook something delicious like a curry or fried rice but I can't stand up for long without feeling woozy. :( :( I don't want to bug my mom to cook me something, she's kind of "stressed out" lately. Oh well.

salad with green olives, onions, walnuts, nutritional yeast, sweet onion dressing and a heated up black bean burger mixed in.
5 or 6 oreos :o

B. Dorset Cereals muesli with rice milk.
S. Oat cakes with peanut butter.
L. Sainsburys bean salad. I don't normally buy ready made things like this but knew I would be back home late yesterday and not have much time this morning.
S. Liquorice bar.
D. 4 bean, 5 alarm chili with brown rice.

Lots of coffee and juice through the day. Wine now.

B: Oat porridge with chopped brazilnuts and ground almonds
S: Cherry tomatoes,cucumber and celery dipped in a cashew/pinenut imitation yogurty type thing I found a recipe for (was really good!!)
L: Butternut squash soup
S: Banana and sunflower seed smoothie
D: Rice salad with yellow pepper, hijiki, cherry tomatoes, sprouts, pinenuts, chard and lots of tamari
I made myself a looovely buckwheat salad to have for dinner but as I was staying out at work took it with me and left it at work!!! (stressful day), but hopefully it will still be sitting there at my desk for lunch tomorrow...

Mmm they both sound nice Kitteh.:)

I'm going to make lentil and tomato soup for lunch and probably have it with toasted bagels with pure spread.

Both of those sound delish! I have only made 2-3 things out of V'Con so I should try that stir fry, ta!

L: a buckwheat crispbread with a thin spread of Sheese Cream Cheese, green tea

Wheetabix with a banana and soya milk
Green tea
Spaghetti with green pesto, cherry tomatoes and green pepper
Half a ww pitta bread dipped in lemon and coriander houmous
Iceberg lettuce with reduced fat houmous

Lots of water. Some passion fruit juice.

2 cups of tea with sugar and rice milk,
Banana,
2 slices of toast with chickpeas and vegan mayo.
I just made a fruit salad with pineapple, blackberries, plums, apples and oranges. It is lovely.:heart:
A packet of salted crisps and a peanut butter and blackberry jam sandwich.
Rice and steamed veggies.
2 hot cross buns,
Pot of green tea and lots of water.

salad (pasta+carrot+greens), 3 slices of sourdough bread with margarine and chopped chives

2 cups of tea + sugar

risotto with asparagus, salad of mixed greens

apple, some raisins

Curry with onion, garlic and boiled rice
Sliced cucumber and half a yellow pepper with reduced fat houmous

Lots of water.

...snacky snacky today! I'll have something involving pasta and broccoli for dinner soon.

A large stir fry of garlic, yellow onions, and broccoli with half a box of SmartTaste penne rigate with olive oil.

Lots of iced green tea.

Peanut butter and lingonberries on whole wheat bread, and vanilla soy milk.

L: 3 avocado sushi rolls, water
D: Spicy Thai Pie, water

Yest'day
B: 2 narnas, teeccino w/ rice milk
L: went to a restaurant, I had a salad w/ lettuce, baby spinach, tom, cuc, avocado then a vegetable stack w/ a base of potato, topped with bok choy, broccolini, mushrooms, red capsicum, crispy shredded carrot and a really yummy sauce
A: a sandwich cookie
D: went to a mexican restaurant that has vegan options, I had grilled corn, a burrito with rice n black beans and a soft taco with roast capsicum, water

wholewheat farfalle with roasted asparagus and onions, small salad of mixed greens

3 cups of green tea+sugar
some hazelnuts

huge salad (millet, greens, carrots, radishes, onion)
apple, some hazelnuts and raisins

throughout the day: lots of fresh strawberries :heart:

yesterday: B: buckwheat & oat porridge (the last bits i had lying around before I went food shopping) with applejuice, tahini, raisins, pumpkin&sesame seeds
s: Pear, a raw olive and a handful radish sprouts
L: Lentil and vegetable soup
D: Baked potato with avocado, pak choy, cauliflower and some veg I got in my veggie box that I'm not sure what it was...

Today:
B: Raw porridge: soaked buckwheat, banana, pumpkin and sesame seeds, ground almonds and a tsp ground flax
S: A few raw veggie chips I made last week but decided I dont really like them anymore :(
L: Nori wraps with a sunflower and parsley pate I made up, brown rice, tomato and radish sprouts, dipped in tamari

My naturopath told me I should eat congee and make it in a thermos flask so I am trying that with brown rice and planning on having it for dinner with some veggies. I think its meant to be a breakfast thing but I cant quite get my head around something that savoury for breakfast!
