2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of mango Peace cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
5 lemon cranberry cookies.

1 wholewheat bun filled with an Yves breakfast patty, lettuce, tomato, grated carrot.
1 braeburn apple.

1 glass of white wine.
Pasta - rotini, tofurkey sausage, mushrooms, red pepper, bottled tomato sauce.

1 piece of turkish delight.
2 chocolate cookies.
1 cup of mint tea.

couple slices of salted tomato

cookie dough ice cream

L: a millet ball and tempeh w/ satay sauce, poppyseed coleslaw & lettuce, water
A: a pce rice bread, toasted w. pb and raspberry jam
D: gorditas topped w/ the beans and sauce from the night before plus mushies, capsicum, tomato, avocado and shallots

Breakfast - a banana and a cup of tea
Lunch - fresh sweetcorn, brocolli, mashed potato and veggie-burger
Snack - an apple
Dinner - I'm so full from lunch (it was a BIG pile of mashed potato!) that I don't fancy anything big, so I've got a bowl of kettle chips, a plate of carrot and pepper sticks and a pot of hummous for dipping. Yummy.

I've had a banana,
coffee w soy,
noodle soup with broccoli and corn, and
lettuce topped with curried tempeh salad.
now i'm enjoying a couple of bottles of cider
before the cheeseless veggie pizzas get here
for dinner!

1 grande vanilla soy latte.
1 organic banana.

1 toasted "cheese" & tomato sandwich on wholewheat.

2 glasses of white wine.
1 bowl of home-made veggie & bean chili
A little mashed avocado & Tofutti sour "cream" on the side.
A few multigrain tortilla chips.

1 cup of Tension Tamer tea.
2 maple cookies.
2 coconut cookies.
