Green tea
Peach soya yogurt
Ww pitta bread with leftover mung bean taco mix
Leftover noodles with onion and yellow pepper
Gnocchi with arrabiata sauce and rocket (Stereo, Glasgow)
Half a bottle of wine

Lots of water.

Blueberry soya yogurt
Green tea
A few rich tea biscuit's
Sliced red pepper with homemade houmous
Mug of miso soup
Cider
Sweet and spicy noodles with green pepper, an onion, a tomato and some Redwoods 'Chorizo' style cubes (I know, 'Chorizo' style doesnt really go with Chinese noodles, but it spiced it up a bit!)

Lots of water.

B: narna, teeccino w/ rice milk
M: green smoothie (baby spinach, 3 narnas), 2 cups green tea
L: lentil, sweet potato, millet, leek burger with salad (lettuce, carrot, tom, cuc, balsamic)
A: white bean hummus with rice crackers, 4 pces rice milk chocolate, water
D: mushrooms, steamed broccoli green beans with peanut sauce from Eat, Drink and Be Vegan, cashew banana ice cream, water

2 slices of zucchini spice nut bread (one w/ cream cheese, one w/ earth balance)
kiwi
brazil nuts
medjool dates
1 1/2 bowls curried split pea soup (VWAV)
2 tomato rosemary scones (Vegan Brunch)
salad (baby spinach, romaine, tomato, cucumber, scallions, red onion, kalamata olives, mushrooms , green olives, balsamic vinegrette)
2 lemon gem cupcakes (VWAV)
teas (passion, pink grapefruit green, cafix, bilberry, ginger lemongrass green, creme caramel, african peach rooibos)

teas (mexican sweet chili, detox, mayan cocoa spice, egyptian licorice mint, creme caramel, african peach rooibos, pink grapefruit green)

those teas sound yummy! ^
I had a lot of tea yesterday in lieu of too much coffee trying to relax...
maybe would have worked w/o the 12 hrs of constant barking.

yesterday:

coffee
blk bean burger on wg roll
salad with tons of fresh veg, french dressing
cranberry tea, green tea w jasmine, raspberry tea
mac salad with abundance o carrots and celery
can of corn
too many handfuls of peanuts and choc chips
large bowl tom yum soup

^cranberry tea? now that's one I've never had....imagine that, LOL.
good teas for relaxation are calming tea and kava stress relief, both by yogi teas.

The cranberry tea was celestial seasonings cranberry apple zinger. it was delicious!

M: half a slice of gf bounty cake, tea w/ rice milk
L: gf toast, baked beans, mushrooms, tea w/ rice milk
D: a sweet potato, leek, millet, lentil burger w/ lettuce, later 2 watermelon/strawberry vodka drinks, water

L: a veggie burger w/ salad, black bean & corn salsa & chips from The Counter, water
A: teeccino w/ rice milk, dark chocolate with almonds
D: hummus with rice crackers and carrot sticks, water

How do you all get your calcium and B12? As I never notice many people having soya milk or yoghurts or anything...lol

B12 in the soy milk in the coffee and in the nutritional yeast in the salad. Calcium in the tofu scramble plus tofu ricotta in eggplant parm, soy in coffee, dark leafy greens in the salad, plus a little in the boca burger and tahini. my coffee is more soy milk than coffee :p

yesterday:

like 2 c of sweet, delicious, green grapes

half everything bagel w tofutti cream cheese
phyllo stuffed with eggplant and roasted red pepper
chai cider mmm
1/2 leftover stuffed pepper
sushi rolls with with dark leafy greens, carrots and green onions.

How do you all get your calcium and B12? As I never notice many people having soya milk or yoghurts or anything...lol

I take vitamins including B, eat baby spinach every day and my rice milk is fortified with calcium.

D: thai-style papaya salad from Vegan Planet, a spoon of pb, water

It's a Naked Juice (http://media.photobucket.com/image/naked%20chai%20cider/fplopez/novo/Chai-32.jpg) flavor. It was very good!

S. Mandarin orange.
D. Lasagna (layers of vegetables made from tomatoes, courgettes, carrots and broccoli, lasagna verdi sheets and mushroom sauce) with steamed stringless beans. omomnomnom. :satisfied:
