It's swine flu!:( I am not too bad with it though, I feel generally much better today, no fever anymore.

pnb & banana sandwich on toasted oat nut bread
organic pear
cucumber slices w/ garlic hummus
brazil nuts
date roll w/ coconut
faux fish fillets w/ tartar sauce
mashed potatoes w/ dill
roasted veggies (beets, carrots, onions, red peppers, green peppers) w/ bbq sauce
coconut heaven cupcake
black coffee
teas (blueberry, ginger, green, christmas eve, apricot ginger, tahitian vanilla hazelnut, passion)

Yest'day
B: narna, teeccino with rice milk
M: green smoothie (baby spinach, 3 narnas), green tea
L: veggie lentil pattie, salad with lettuce, cuc, tomato, balsamic
A: gf orange almond cake, water
D: 1 1/2 stuffed tomatoes with brown rice, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, basil plus Melty White Sauce and a bowl of quick risotto made from the filling ingredients, raspberry leaf tea

Breakfast: Sugarsnap peas, red and white grapes, banana.

Lunch: Spicy lentil soup, wholemeal baguette, 4 small citrus, banana, yoghurt, chocolate dessert.

Snack: 3 rye crackers with mushroom pate.

Dinner: 2 chilli burgers in buns with Pure slices, onions, gherkin, ketchup, mayola. Chips.

Cider, brandy chocolates.

Friday is junk food and beer night :thumbsup:

Mm, I love these threads :P They always give me ideas on new things to try ^_^

Umm, I'm really lazy...so most of what I eat isn't cooked...so...

Brekkie:
20ml Acai Berry Juice
1 Glass Water
Pear

Lunch:
One piece of Melon
Bowl of Strawberries (Me heart Strawberries)
A Banana (Also heart Banana...)
2 Glasses of Water

Snack:
Handful of Mixed Nuts
1 Glass Water

Dinner:
Small bowl of Porridge (made with Rice Milk)
1 Glass Water

Mm, will probably have some vegan-friendly Ice Cream later (have become addicted, oh dear...)

EDIT: Had the Ice Cream...so good.

I went to Philadelphia this weekend and ate some yummy food there:

Yesterday:
dulce de leche luna bar
mock eggs benedict on ww toast with fresh fruit
vegan philly cheese steak with peppers and shrooms
vegan cheese fries
diet soda
1/2 slice of pb/choc cake with pb mousse topping
tea (mango black, chai, pumpkin spice)

Today:
orange juice
coffee
fresh fruit
muffin
choc. belgian waffle with syrup
beer battered seitan
vanilla soy latte
chips and super spicy salsa
white chai tea
sugared dried pineapple slice

Yesterday:

3 cinnamon waffles w/ earth balance and maple syrup
2 yves sausage patties
organic strawberries
cucumber slices w/ garlic hummus
faux fish fillets w/ tartar sauce
mashed potatoes w/ dill
roasted veggies (carrots, onions, red and green peppers, beets) w/ bbq sauce
tomatoes w/ olive oil, balsamic dressing, basil, oregano, pepper
a potato & spinach square
coconut heaven cupcake
teas (chai, chai green, mango ceylon, black, mayan cocoa spice)

Fresh fruit smoothie - 2 apples, 2 bananas, spinach,
2 slices of toast with pure spread and more spinach.

Chickpeas, sliced red pepper and salad cream on two slices of toast.

Some Organica white chocolate,
Packet of salted crisps,
A few crackers with yeast extract.

I will probably have homemade soup with some baguette for dinner.

smoothie (pineapple, coconut milk, banana, soymilk, coconut)
puttanesca scramble
potato & spinach squares
avocado reuben (rye bread, mustard, sauerkraut, mashed avocado, 1000 island dressing, grilled open faced in pan)
another avocado reuben
3 oatmeal raisin cookies
2 sunny blueberry corn muffins (VWAV)
teas (himalayan apple spice, ginger, blueberry, black, egyptian licorice mint, mayan cocoa spice)

All the above foods sound amazingly good...

Mm, back to normal 'no set meals' today :D :p ...so far:

20ml Acai Berry Juice
A Pear
Mini cup of water

Salad (Mixed Beans, Sweetcorn, Mixed Greens, Cucumber) - it was pretty crap actually. The beans/sweetcorn were cheepo, and kinda gross >_< Boring. Couldn't eat more than a few large forkfuls :( Ended up picking out the Cucumber and munching on that...

Half a mini bag of Japanese Rice Crackers...spicer than normal, so they were kinda awful...
2 Glasses Water

Bowl of Strawberries
A Banana
3 Glass Water


Mmm. May have to grab another big bowl of Ice Cream tonight. Seriously not getting enough calories at the moment :S

EDIT: Had the Ice Cream (Chocolate Sweedish Glace Soy stuff)...right from the tub...Yum and a half. Could die happy now...well...almost :p
