Yesterday:

Green tea
Peach soya yogurt
Glass of white wine :D (I finished my exams yesterday and it was the bf's birthday)
At an Italian tapas restaurant - artichoke hearts, sweet potato chips with spices, veggies in balsamic vinegar and tyme
Vodka with Hawaiian juice
Ww pitta bread dipped in red pepper and jalapeņo houmous
Handful of kettle chips with Tofutti cream cheese dip

Lots of water.

yesterday:

muesli with rice milk, banana
espresso+sugar

leftover wholewheat farfalle with lemony broccoli

some hazelnuts

lots of salad (buckwheat, lentils, mixed greens, carrot, onions, radishes)
apple
some hazelnuts and raisins

Breakfast:
Muesli with extra banana and walnuts.

Lunch:
Sandwich filled with homemade homous plus carrot, tomato, lettuce, olives and spinach leaves.
Stick of celery, an apple, another banana and mixed dried fruit and nuts.

Dinner:
Not sure yet!

Today :

Bran flakes with soya milk
Vegan Sausage roll (snack in town from Arjuna)
Lebanese cuscus, apple pie and ice cream (at Rainbow Cafe)
Carrot and coriander soup

Still to come...homemade strawberry icecream (just trying out a recipe..)

S. Cocoa Nakd bar
S. Oat cakes with peanut butter
L. Baguette with tomato, cucumber, mushroom, beetroot, onion and green sweet pepper
S. Ryvita with marmite
D. Vegeburgers, fried tomato, grilled corn-on-the-cob, steamed new potatoes, leeks and carrots in cheezly sauce.

On the wine now. :)

Potato scone sandwich with tomato sauce and Pure spread

porridge with raisins and banana
apple, banana

tabbouleh (couscous, lots of herbs, carrot, radishes), small salad of mixed greens
some hazelnuts

3 cups of green tea with sugar

stir fried lemony broccoli and mushrooms with lemony millet

apple, some hazelnuts and raisins

coffee and coffee
can of corn
handful sweet potato chips
cherry flavored juice
diet soda
4 fresh spring rolls filled with sweet peas, sugarsnap peas, cabbage, bean sprouts, sesame oil, soy sauce and dipped in sweet and sour
a whole bunch more sweet potato chips eaten with mushroom walnut pate from vcon. mmm

Br - Cornflakes
Lunch - 2 baked potatoes with salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber)
Dinner - Cabbage, potato and lentil soup

and I also had about 5 bourbon biscuits, and two peanut chews.

D. Vegetable lasagna with steamed vegetables (leeks and runner beans). I hadn't made lasagna for years but it was super yummy. I have plenty to reheat tomorrow. :)

Haha. Actually, I think I'm going to go make these black bean burgers from Veganomicon. Shockingly I have all the ingredients, except, er, vital wheat gluten. And whole wheat bread crumbs. And... no, I'm good.

random crap in a pan with spuds
(very cheap shrooms, frozen broc, spinach, corn and tinned tomms with random herbs & spices with bouillon and soy sauce) wit boiled spuds total cost for the pan of grub was about 35p and the spuds about 3p (end of day stock, shrooms stupidly cheap same reason) all rather luvely and had some bread and spread with it
a few random crap in a pan butties since
