B: 4 toasted crumpets, 2 with pure spread and 2 with pure and raspberry jam.

L: Chickpea salad, I looked on the side of the tin as it had a recipe, mix with lemon juice, fresh mint and olive oil....and then serve it with lamb kebabs.:pissed:

My salad had chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, vegan mayo, sea salt, black pepper and paprika.

SnacK: I just had 3 fresh plums, a Cocoa Brownie Trek bar and a cup of camomile tea

I'm having stir fried veggies, olives and jalapenos in 3 tortilla wraps for dinner later.

All your days sound very yummy :)

I've been out training today so I've had a "bad day" really and had to snack on what's available:

B: Mesa Sunrise cereal w/ soya milk and agave nectar

S: Handful of mixed nuts

L: 2 wholegrain and seed pittas w/ caramelised onion hummous. A small (very small) plate of fruit (strawberries, orange slices, grapes)

D: Mushroom balti w/ wholegrain rice

I'm going to have some more fruit later (though I keep thinking about fudge topped cheesecake thanks to veganwitch! :p )
