3 slices leftover cheeseless veg pizza
1/2 pot teeccino
handful mixed nuts
soy and gluten based veg jerkey
5 crunchy tacos with tvp, cabbage, onion and salsa.

yesterday:
home made porridge made on the stove with with rice milk, oatmeal, water, soya milk, raisins, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green figs in syrup;
toasted peanut butter and banana toasted sandwich in hovis seed sensations bread;
some grapes, almond and raisins;
2 small slices of pistacio and yoghurt cake (from Linda Mazjlic Vegan taste of the middle east;
Stuffed baked cabbage from (from Linda Mazjlic Vegan taste of the middle east) with white rice and persian salad;
a banana.

choc. peppermint luna bar
southwest couscous salad (couscous, black beans, corn, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro)
1 sliced avocado
2 baked tofu slices
teriyaki stir fry over white rice (beefless strips, red peper, broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce)
tea (ginger peach, irish breakfast)
1 bottle of sparkling rose wine

Today has been (and will continue to be) a Bad Day.

B: Rice Krispies, soya milk, agave nectar

L: Tortilla wraps filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, orange pepper, vine tomatoes. Mixed nuts (brazil, almond, pecan, walnut)

S: Rice Krispies, soya milk, agave nectar :rolleyes:

D: A packet of co-op Italian breadsticks w/ hummous. 2 waffles, 4 hash browns, 4 onion rings all w/ ketchup :rolleyes:

S: Will no doubt be more Rice Krispies. I'm really hungry today!

B. Co-op Weetabix clones, Oatley and Agave nectar.
L. Potato waffles, veggie sausages, fried bread, fried mushrooms, baked beans and tinned tomatoes.
D. Vegetable stew (potato, sweet potato, swede, carrot, parsnip, mushrooms, chestnuts, onion, garlic, celery, cauliflower, handful of lentils and grains, yeast extract, dash of soy sauce and tomato puree) with herby dumplings.

few mini pretzels w/ mustard

cafix w/ french vanilla creamer
teas (himalayan apple spice, chocolate mint oolong, passion, black, mayan cocoa spice)

Cup of hot water with fresh lemon,
2 clementines,
Cheeze toastie,
Lots of green tea.

I just had a bean chili: kidney beans, passata, tomato puree, vegetable bouillon, a yellow pepper, a red pepper, carrots, onions, a whole red chili pepper, cajun seasoning, chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika and black pepper.

I had it with brown rice and steamed spinach. It wasn't that hot for some reason!:D

I'm not doing very well on the raw thing, it's too cold. Maybe I should start back up when it is warmer weather.:smile:

Not sure what I'm having for dinner maybe mashed potatoes and veggies and gravy. Some type of comfort food.:cool: I also fancy some ice cream.

(I can't eat raw food because of the snow but I can eat freezing cold food apparently.:rollseyes_ani::lol:)

yesterday:

teecino w soy milk
glass of soy milk
veggie fajitas- peppers, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, mushrooms
tortillas, guac, refried beans, rice, tons of smooth salsa yum.
margarita- rocks, salt. yum.
few mixed nuts, freshly shelled.
primal strip.
few handfuls buffalo pretzels.
naan with avocado and eggplant meze.

today so far:

teeccino
sweetcorn fritters topped with tofu scramble (portobello, spinach, onion, garlic)
salsa and veggie bacon.
few garlic stuffed olives.
going to a greek place for dinner, so most likely will have pita bread, hummus, taboulleh, baba and dolmas.

boca burger w/ cheese on 2 slices bread w/ lots of romaine lettuce, a sliced tomato, nayonnaise, onion
coleslaw
baked beans
french fries w/ vinegar & ketchup
stir fry (marinated tofu, mixed veggies, ginger, various sauces)
brown rice
mini spring rolls
couple of newman oreos
teas (vanilla chai, antioxidant berry, merry mint, green, black, tahitian vanilla hazelnut)

B. Grape nuts with rice milk and agave nectar.
S. Banana.
S. Peanut butter on oat cakes.
L. Baguette with strong chedder sheese, tomato and onion and a packet of salt and shake crisps.
S. Another pack of S&S crisps. :)
D. Reheated veggie stew with chips.

Lots of coffee throughout the day. Co-op tropical juice now, might have a Scrumpy Jack or Tiger in a bit.

i know what you mean. we bought 3 bags of chips this week and have been wasting too much money going out to eat. nothing sounds good so i just end up eating and snacking on the same old stuff. I blame winter.

yesterday:

teeccino
leftover tourlou on salad
2 boca chicken burgers
coupla handful chips
quinoa with fresh spinach and parsley, cannelini beans, tomatoes and roasted garlic (not very good- the parsley ruined it)

^I'm envious you have places to go out and eat. To get any decent and most assuredly vegan food we'd have to travel at least an hour.

I hear you about the chips. I really need to stop buying them already.

S. Oat cakes with peanut butter
L. Sheese, tomato and onion baguette, packet of crisps.
D. Chinese Veg buffet (noodles, rice, potatoes, spring rolls, sweet and sour "beef", steamed tofu and vegetables, other stuff I can't remember.)
