Are those the ones from Vegan Brunch? I only made them once. I liked them, but they were so much work. Idk, maybe it's just me :rolleyes:
my bf loves making them, for some reason... I doubt he follows the recipe though. :p

3 tacos (yellow corn tortillas, filled w/ kidney beans in a tomato sauce w/ peppers & onions, tomatoes, lettuce, black olives, shredded cheddar,sour cream, guacamole, black bean and corn salsa)
chocolate chip cookies
teas (black, tahitian vanilla hazelnut, rooibos, triple mint tranquility, calming)

Breakfast: Rice crispies, coco pops, sliced banana in soya milk.

Lunch: Multiseed bagel toasted with Brussels style pate.

Snack: Two small citrus.

Dinner: Two of: Deep fried Asda falafel mix with roasted courgette, roasted green pepper, hummous, lettuce in pitta bread. Cherries with chocolate ice cream.

raw sun burger with sundried tomato catsup on black sunflower seed bread (ani phyo)
side salad with romaine, tomato, avocado, cucumber, sprouts, pomegranate balsalmic, and olive oil

stir fry (marinated tofu, mixed veggies, various sauces)
spring rolls
brown basmati rice

teas (anti-oxidant berry, bengal spice, black, green, mangosteen green, cucumber white, chocolate raspberry, rooibos)

teeccino with lots of soy milk
baked tofu with cheesy sauce (nooch) on 2 slices wholemeal toast
mixed lettuce and spinach topped sunflower seeds and olives
eaten with chickpea salad (leeks, bell pepper, celery, vegenaise, mustard, lemon juice s&p)
brown rice w peas and corn (cooked in veg stock)

eta: didn't have veggie loaf after all. the bf made leek, potato and kale soup.

also snacked on pretzels and peanuts.

2 slices of toast with peanut butter,
2 glasses of OJ,
Cup of green tea.

I just had a massive bowl of bean chili with basmati rice and a couple of spoonfuls of hemp seed oil on top.

I'm going to have some clementines when I'm not so full and then have a jacket potato with salad for dinner.

I'm sure I will have some crisps too at some point.

boiled turnip puree with soy milk, earth balance, s&p
mixed lettuce, spinach and cabbage with 1/4 avocado and lime and mango pickle
1/2 banana
chickpea salad
huge helping of leek, potato and kale soup

don't know about dinner yet, but i have some pretzels and popcorn to snack on in the meantime.

eta: dinner is going to be aloo gobi

Not a good day at all for me :(

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: Tin of spag bol, small wholemeal baguette, 2 small citrus, yoghurt, choc dessert.

Dinner: 3 fishless fingers, chips baked in the oven, big pile of veg (cauliflower, broccoli, carrot) covered in beer batter and deep fried. With ketchup. All washed down with the rest of the bottle of beer.

An orange.
Avocado, mixed salad leaves and cherry tomato sandwich on wholemeal granary bread.
Chocolate.

Cheezly toastie,
2 cups of green tea,
2 glasses of lemonade.

For lunch I'm having chickpeas roasted with garam masala, cumin, coriander and vegetable bouillon powder with bread rolls and lots of salad.

I'm having lentil and vegetable stew for dinner with jam tarts and custard for afters.:satisfied: Red wine and probably more tea too.

Apple. Banana. A few almonds,
Chicken curry flavour noodles,
Two crumpets with margarine and jam.
Rooibos tea with soya milk.
Chickpea soup. Two slices of wholemeal granary toast.
Potato, sweet potato, carrot and chickpea curry. Brown rice. Stir fried broccoli and spinach with garlic and ginger. Rosemary roasted cherry tomatoes. Watercress.
Booja Booja hazelnut truffle.
Two slices of wholemeal granary bread with hoummus.
Soya milk.

Weird breakfast I know! :D Toasted sandwich with cheezly and raspberry jam and another toastie with fried red onion and brown sauce and 2 cups of green tea.

Lunch - kidney bean chili with salad.

Dinner will be sausages, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies and red wine gravy.:cool:

I fancy a cup of proper tea and a bar of chocolate right now.:)

Yum! I had Linda M. sausages, mash, peas and fried onions with gravy the other night.

So far today I've had Dorset Cereals muesli and blueberries with oat milk for breakfast and spaghetti on toast for lunch. I'm planning on having bean stew and dumplings (if they'll fit in the pan, I sometimes get a bit carried away and don't leave enough room) for dinner.

Right now I'm drinking a hot drink consisting of the freshly squeezed juices of a lemon and lime, grated ginger, golden syrup and water.
