2 onion bagels with cream cheese and grape jelly
Lima beans in Mediterranean tomato sauce
big salad with lots of mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, tomato, carrots, baby corn, black olives, chickpeas, sunflower kernels and soy sauce
hot tea
baby carrots with lots of hummus and a few Kalamata olives

2 onion bagels with cream cheese and grape jelly

I lived on that when I pulled all-nighters in college. Thanks for the blast from the past ;)

:) your welcome. The first time I put jelly on it w/o thinking it was an onion bagel. But then it was good! so I did it again...

The first time I did it it was probably b/w 2-4 am and at that point anything seems like a good idea :rolleyes::p But you're right....it's good. *wonders why I haven't eaten that since college and how soon I can get my hands on some onion bagels & cream cheese*

3 cups of green tea,
2 slices of toast with pure and yeast extract,
Hot cheeze and salad baguette,
Bowl of vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce,
Packet of salted crisps,
Huge pile of kale chips with sesame oil and balsamic vinegar,
I might make a vegetable and tofu stir fry later.

I'm about to have a vodka and lemonade and attack a jar of olives.:devil:

today so far all i've had is coffee, chocolate dipped in pb and some tofu-potato salad.

an orange and a banana
pitas stuffed with seitan, onion, mushroom, fyh mozz
salad topped with tourlou

fruit salad
marinated baked tofu
tahini lemon rice and beans with kale
steamed broccoli

will have a couple of mixed drinks later

GB veg medley on whole grain roll
salad with lettuce, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, nutritional yeast, and hummus
strawberry cream rooibos x 2
big plate of black beans, taco flavored tvp, spinach, guac, salsa, onions, mushrooms and melted daiya. plus 2 crunchy taco shells.

Water with fresh lemon,
Green tea,
2 bananas,
Organic porridge oats with cinnamon,
2 bowls of green lentil soup,
6 chocolate truffles,
Packet of crisps.

Water with fresh lemon and green tea again,
Baked beans with grated soya cheese,
Packet of crisps,
Carrots, green pepper and tofu dipped in corn flour all fried in sesame oil,
Punnet of strawberries.
I'm having lentil bolognaise with rice noodles for dinner.

Hi, I'm new, not posted here before but wanted to join in. I'm trying to be more healthy so this might be a good way of keeping track, and it's great to see what everyone else is eating!

Breakfast: Muesli with extra almonds, and soya milk
Lunch: Baked beans on toast
Snacks: Nectarine, apple, some bread with pure margarine
Tea: Asparagus, roasted new pots, tofu fillet thing
Snack: Dark choc bar, chai soya latte

Breakfast: Chocolate stars with oat milk
Lunch: Ciabatti with grated strong chedder sheese, tomato and onion
Dinner: Veggie-mince cottage pie with peas and a bottle of Cobra.

Yay! Good to see more people posting here. :)

so far today:

bowl of homemade maple walnut soy ice cream and butterscotch pudding
cherry cola
brown rice and veg sushi roll
fresh veg spring roll
1/2 bag classic lays big grab

about to make a caramel latte to have with a few squares dark choc w almonds...

dinner will be quinoa and mock duck with onions, mushrooms, carrots and green beans... either with coconut curry sauce or ginger and soy sauce.

Today so far...

Green smoothie (spinach, flax, soya milk, banana)
Rice with carrot and lentils
2 supercharge me cookies (dreena burton recipe, awesome)

And now I think i might just have another cookie! And then off to an italian place tonight where i'm planning on a pizza minus the cheese.

Thanks....as far as healthy eating goes, I'll have to live vicariously through you. I seem to have a constant french fry craving that I give in to more and more :o

I'm trying to eat healthier but it's slow going.

Me too, but it's not really working.:rolleyes::p

Green tea,
Sparkling water with fresh lime,
Baked tofu,
3 chocolate truffles,
Small packet of kettle crisps.

I'm having oat cakes with houmous in a minute and I have leftover roasted chickpeas which I'm having with vegetable curry and rice for dinner.
