Br - cornflakes
Snack - 2 bourbon biscuits
Lunch - a big bowl of onion, cabbage, lentil and potato soup
Snack - an orange and 4 squares of dark chocolate
Dinner - Cabbage, carrot, onion, smoked tofu stir fry with soya sauce and a sort of pak choi and courgette chinese curry stir fry. Noodles. (I made a separate thing with the pak choi because sometimes I'm not keen on wilted green things.) Twas nice though.

I feel stuffed now, but I got some cherries in my veggie box this week... and I have a bar of organica chocolate in the cupboard...

L: Hot ciabatta w/ mushrooms fried in Pure

S: 4 miso Japanese crackers. "Four seed" snack bar

D: Mashed potatoes topped w/ bean cassoulet and asparagus. Nakd orange raisins.

B: Oat porridge with banana milk pumpkin,sesame,hemp seeds and cinnamon
S: An apple and a bit of raw nut/seed chocolate I made
L: Sweet potato soup
S: A banana and another bit of nut/seed chocolate
A few cherries on the way home
D: Raw walnut burger with brown rice and salad

B: Oat porridge with chopped brazilnuts and ground almonds
S: Cherry tomatoes,cucumber and celery dipped in a cashew/pinenut imitation yogurty type thing I found a recipe for (was really good!!)
L: Butternut squash soup
S: Banana and sunflower seed smoothie
D: Rice salad with yellow pepper, hijiki, cherry tomatoes, sprouts, pinenuts, chard and lots of tamari
I made myself a looovely buckwheat salad to have for dinner but as I was staying out at work took it with me and left it at work!!! (stressful day), but hopefully it will still be sitting there at my desk for lunch tomorrow...

I LOVE hearing what you eat Maiden!! It's always so varied and wonderful sounding. Loooooooove it! :D


Black rice porridge with pure soy milk, banana [as the sweetener- works WONDERFULLY!], fresh cherries and cinnamon/ginger/cardamom/vanilla.
Half a pink grapefruit
Few cups of chai tea

Leftover stir fry [zucchini, carrot, red pepper, snow peas, shiitake, bean sprouts, yellow onion, garlic, ginger, shoyu, cayenne, black pepper & cumin..]
4 biwa [loquats]

1 red apple

Salad [romaine, mizuna greens, cucumber, red pepper, tomato, yellow onion, brown rice vinegar, black pepper, cumin & cayenne..]

About three liters of water throughout the day.

L. Baguette with onion, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, tomato and mushroom.
S. Alpro chocy thing
D. Reheated veggie lasagna from yesterday and chips.

Wine now. (Regular readers may have noticed a pattern forming. :))

some hazelnuts and raisins

2 cups of green tea with sugar

stir-fried asparagus with oyster mushrooms, rice

Little hard biscuits made from oats.


They are super yummy.

According to wikipedia you have something similar in the States called a johnnycake.

They are super yummy.

I think they taste like MDF :D Have you tried Staffordshire oatcakes? They're like floppy oat pancakes.

Yes but not for years and years. I had a friend in school who was from Stoke-on-Trent and he used to have them.

My mum's from Stoke :) Mmmm. I want oatcakes now.

Br - a banana
Snack - a few strawberries and grapes
Lunch - tofu stir fry and noodles

I'm not sure what dinner will be, but I have a chocolate-muffin-making sort of feeling coming on.

leftover chickpea curry

not sure about dinner... prob potsticker soup. cooked last night and the apt got up to 85 degrees.

had potsickers minus the soup- too hot! and a feeew cocktails ;)

That's not much food Cherry. I think you need to make some chocolate muffins.:cool:

I have been very healthy today::umm_ani:

B: 3 weetabix with rice milk,
L: 4 iced jam buns and 3/4 of an apple pie
D: I just had a veggie burger in a bun with ketchup. Tomatoes, lettuce and spring onions with dressing.

I'm going to have some strawberries and soya cream later and maybe have the same dinner again, it was yummy.:o:D

Ww pitta bread with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mustard, lemon and coriander houmous
Cherry soya yogurt
'Chicken' dippers and fries with mustard and mayo
A can of Kopparberg :D

Pot of green tea,
A seeded roll with pure spread,
A strawberry and banana yoghurt.

Pot of caramel Rooibos tea,
2 packets of prawn cocktail crisps,:rollseyes_ani:
A few mint chocolates,
A few strawberries and 2 clementines.

I've just had 2 baked potatoes with lots of salad with balsamic and herb dressing for lunch, it was delicious.

I'm going to make a lentil and spinach curry with basmati rice for dinner tonight.

mac and cheese (veganyumyum.com), bbq tempeh, steamed asparagus (leftovers)

heading for the airport...will hopefully grab a soy latte :)

Aww thanks :) I'm trying to gain weight and get over my stress/fear of foods so try to make everything I eat really tasty and something I actually want to eat!

B: Porridge with banana milk, brazil nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg (porridge is my favourite food at the moment I think!)

S: A lightly steamed apple with ground almonds and cinnamon (after reading something about steamed apples yesterday and thinking I want to try one!)

L: Nori rolls with rice, avocado, loads of veggies dipped in tamari, some of them fell apart and made a big ricey mess

S: Smoothie: banana, sunflower seeds, cacao powder

D: Miso soup with rice noodles and lots of veg
