^I have noticed your days getting healthier too. Maybe you're influencing me and I didn't even realize it! ;)

Yesterday:

a coupla espresso/soy milk drinks
a banana
tofu scramble in a ww pita pocket (with daiya cheese)
handful peanuts and a few kalamata olives
sauteed spinach with whole roasted garlic
hummus with ww pita
4 dolmas
tourlou

today:

caramel latte
an orange
2 pita squares with leftover tourlou
lunch will be ww pita with veg medley patty, hummus and salad

not sure about dinner...

I usually leave the alcohol off though. I'm having some vodka later.:D

Oat cakes with houmous,
Baked polenta with kidney beans and salsa,:satisfied:
Packet of salted crisps.

I don't know what I'm having for dinner yet.

Breakfast: Banana
Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter
Lunch: Cold cheeseless pizza and a packet of crisps
Snack: A really lush pear
Dinner: Reheated veggie-mince chili with cous-cous.

yesterday:

espresso w soy
1/2 block marinated broiled tofu on broiled sesame ezekiel toast with earth balance and yeast extract
raspberry tea
lettuce salad with olives, carrots, nutritional yeast, sweet onion dressing
rest of block of tofu
handful triscuits
glass of almond milk
2 bowls quinoa salad with mango, plantain and black beans (leeks, cilantro, ginger, orange juice, sesame oil... yum!)
glass of orange juice

Yesterday:
Bread. Sesame and almond smoked tofu.
Chocolate mini eggs.
Hummus, alfalfa sprout and grated carrot sandwich on homemade wholemeal bread.
Carrot, broadbean, sweetcorn and cheese sauce pie. Mashed potato. Spinach.
An orange.
Two cups of chai rooibos tea.

too many Sun Chips
taco salad in edible tortilla bowl- lettuce, onion, black olives, jalepenos, cilantro, cucumbers, tomatoes, black beans, pintos, tofu, salsa and guacamole

seitan curry noodle bowl (seitan, veggies, coconut milk, spices, vermicelli)

leftover sweet potato "meat" loaf with nutritional yeast and ketchup
large glass soy milk
3 handfuls roasted almonds
sesame Ezekiel toast with almond butter
lemon ginger tea with black strap molasses
a banana
romaine with olives, onion, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, nutritional yeast and french dressing

dinner will be broiled tofu and steamed brussell sprouts.

+ 1/2 dark choc rasp bar
and a dozen or so triscuits with melted daiya cheddar

both days had the usual never ending cups of tea

I'm making a salad with quinoa, spinach, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, sweetcorn and a dressing with apple cider vinegar and hemp seed oil for lunch.

Coriander hummus, spinach, red pepper and alfalfa sprout sandwich.
Peanut chews.
Rooibos tea with soya milk.
Vegetable fingers. Oven chips. Ketchup. Coleslaw. Mooli and orange salad. Avocado.
Trio cookies.
Soya milk.
