thai vegetables with fried tofu and brown rice
cookie dough/coconut milk ice cream
red plum juice
lemony roasted potatoes
asian style baked tofu slices
sauteed broccoli rabe

fresh raspberries
s'mores luna bar
1 apple
marinated portabello mushroom on a bun with bbq sauce, onion, spinach
fries
slices of smoked tofu
ww penne with tomatoes, arugula, cannellini beans, onion, olive oil, s&p
cookie dough/coconut milk ice cream

yesterday:

caramel latte
potato kale soup
3 fun size bags skittles
whole wheat crackers with mango pickle
coupla handfuls roasted almonds
gimme lean grilled cheeseburger with daiya cheese, vegenaise, grilled onions and hot sauce (on sesame ezekiel)
6 steamed dumplings
coupla handfuls peanuts
small bowl homemade double chocolate peanut butter ice cream


today:

caramel latte
buckwheat soba noodles with peas, corn and veg broth
12 steamed dumplings
veg medley with vidalya dressing on ezekiel toast

dinner will be spinach salad with art hearts, blk olives, onions, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, avocado and broiled tofu.

eta: also had more ice cream and half a can of beer.

This just made my day! I didn't realize skittles were vegan now...but I googled it after seeing this post! :D

Still listed as using E120 cochineal as the red colouring in the UK. So not vegan here.

I don't think all skittles are vegan, but all of the fun sized ones are marked as vegan (that I've seen here), and the regular sized bags of sour skittles are also marked vegan.

I was looking last night, and the crazy core ones are vegan. They were good.

My favorite is the original. It says vegan (and gluten free) right on the fun sized ones, so they must know there's a call for it. I hope they're working on switching over completely!

coconut rice

mixed drinks

glass orange juice
2 slices sesame ezekiel toast with earth balance, yeast extract and grape jelly
the rest of the ice cream (1/2 c or so)
sweet and sour soup with broccoli, corn, tomatoes and shitakes
plain soy latte
handful almonds
whole grain pasta topped with creamy mushroom marinara and gimme lean meatballs

leftover jerk seitan and coconut rice
skittles
1 blood orange
iced peppermint soy latte
few chips with salsa
crispy tofu with sweet and sour dipping sauce
panang curry with tofu and green beans over jasmine rice
2 glasses of wine

yesterday:

glass of orange juice
2 veggie dogs on ezekiel toast, covered with pintos, tomatoes, onions and mustard
soda
frozen orange juice, milk and vanilla combo
ginger beer
ma po tofu and broccoli with brown rice
glass of wine


today:

espresso
lentil soup over brown rice
leftover ma po

dinner will be quinoa with black beans and mango plus whatever there may be for us to find at Easter dinner at my bf's family's house...

eta: also had barbecue seitan on wg bread, steamed asparagus, fruit salad, and 2 crackers with roasted garlic hummus.

How do you make ma po tofu? I have searched for recipes online, but they are not similar to ma po tofu I eat in one Chinese restaurant (and many of them are not vegan).

boca chicken patty on ww bun w/ romaine, tomato, nayonnaise, balsamic dressing
sweet pickles
veggie chips (crisps)
macaroni and cheese
salad (spinach, tomato, cuke, carrots, scallions, onion & poppyseed sticks, balsamic dressing)
garlic bread
chocolate chip cookies (VWAV)
teas (chamomile, black, anti-oxidant berry)

Thanks, I'll try it (when I get all those spicy ingredients)! Authentic one is with beef, so that's not what I'm looking for. The one I eat at a Chinese restaurant has peas, carrots, bamboo and white mushrooms in it.

U.S. crazy core and sour skittles are. Plus all the fun sized. We just discussed it on here, Tigerlily. comon, get with it! :p You're lucky you have the dark chocolate kit kats in Canada. I would looooooove a kit kat bar.


today:

2 double espressos with cold soy and sugar free caramel syrup.
buckwheat soba noodles and broccoli with sea salt ad herb veg stock.
the rest of the leftover quinoa with black beans and mango.

dinner will be veggie sushi and spring rolls. (filling will include: fresh spinach, cilantro, romaine, onions and carrots, peanuts, broiled tofu, and chickpea salad)

...and, most likely, glass of red wine.
