B: gf muesli w/ rice milk & a banana, 3 x tea w/ rice milk
M: 2 x green tea, green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas)
L: sweet potato chipotle bisque & a cauliflower cheeze, 2 x peppermint tea
A: 2 gf gingerbread cookies
D: same as lunch plus a slice of gf toast w/ tahini, 2 x strawberry green tea

iced hazelnut soy latte
ww pita with hummus
spinach and herb stuffed portabello (30 Minute Vegan)
mashed potatoes and gravy
green beans with margarine
glass of orange juice

yesterday:

green tea
smoothie- hemp milk, almonds and fresh blueberries
raw kale with lemon and agave nectar
oat wrap with 1/2 an avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and brown mustard
1/2 mug black coffee (headache)
raw organic kombucha
salad- field greens, rappi, cherry tomatoes, celery, cucumbers, corn, basil with balsamic vinegar a huge dollop of cauliflower hummus (vcon)
soup- roasted tofu and veg (onion, celery, parsnip, kale)
coupla handfuls roasted almonds
glass of wine


today:

coffee with silk creamer
a peanut butter pretzel cliff bar
oat wrap with hot tofurkey and daiya cheddar (x2)

going to mexican restaurant for dinner:
fajitas, beans, rice, salsa, chips, tortillas and probably a margarita or 2... I was doing good too. :hmm:

snobby joes (red lentils sloppy joe style, recipe from vcon) on salad- lettuce, carrots, cucumber, scallion, lentil, mung bean and adzuki sprouts
mountain mix mojo clif bar
1/2 bottle cranberry raw organic kombucha
broiled tofu sandwich on Ezekiel toast, with brown sugar bbq sauce
steamed broccoli

mixed salad leaves, carrots, cucumber, celery, scallion, lentil, mung bean and adzuki sprouts mixed with half block broiled tofu and Tbs BBQ sauce
1/2 bottle grape raw organic kombucha
skillet- potatoes, spinach, mushrooms, tomato
coupla glasses red wine


today:

Clif Mojo bar
black coffee
a banana
spinach salad with mung bean, lentil and adzuki sprouts, carrots, scallion, celery and half of an avocado
edamame and a glass of soy milk
mash- potatoes, red lentils, spinach and onion
steamed broccoli

M: green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas)
L: a gf wrap with cooked mushies, onion, tomatoes, plus avocado and smokey bbq sauce, a cup of teeccino
D: will be creamy potato peanut stew

today:

an apricot
multi grain squares w soy milk
black coffee
I have steamed spinach, onion and mushroom for lunch. going to be eaten on ezekiel toast and topped with salsa
also brought steamed brussels sprouts.
will have a mountain mojo bar and half bottle of kombucha for mid-afternoon snack.
planning a "hamburger salad" for dinner- romaine, gimme lean beef, thousand island, tomatoes, pickles, croutons and onions.

iced yerba mate
spicy black bean soup
chocolate cupcake w/ chocolate frosting
teas (black, tahitian vanilla hazelnut, vanilla-orange rooibos)
*all the food except the orange was from Whole Foods

Hi to you too Rubes :) The fridge is packed full of good food from Whole Foods, you should swing by ;)

I don't see it on my subscriptions either, but TBH I've never really looked at or used that feature. IDK to me it never made sense...lol.

Lunch: Home made granary type bread roll with salad and hummus

Snack: Home made milkshake - some strawberries, Kara coconut milk, swedish glace ice cream, a banana and a peach

Dinner - Redwoods fish fingers, home made pineapple fritters, mushy peas, chips, home made tartare sauce, ketchup, pickled onions (and a deep fried battered pickled onion, why not?)
