I've tried those Enjoy Life products 4-5 years ago when they first came out. Tasted like cardboard. I'm assuming they've improved their products since you eat them so much. Maybe I shall give them another go?

jerk seitan over coconut rice (vwav)

:lol: actually they do taste like cardboard... but they are low in calories and actually quite filling for their size. I much prefer clif bars but if I brought a box of clif bars to work everyone would steal them! My enjoy life cardboard bars are much safer. (although they still do get stolen on occasion by my BOSS.... the only other employee... pisses me off bc they're expensive and when they do get replaced it's with Quaker NON-vegan bars. people are so irritating.)

I haven't been eating very well...

today:

clif mountain mojo
double shot espresso with sugar free caramel syrup and cold soy
So Delicious banana split mini ice cream sandwich
1/2 bag ore ida onion rings with ketchup
slices of vegan wheat meat roll from vegecyber with bbq sauce
ezekiel garlic toast
and hopefully, a big salad...

^^Lainy, do you make cucumber juice yourself with a juicer, or is it store bought? I used to have a juice place by me that had awesome cucumber juice, but I have never made it.

veggie potstickers with dipping sauce

havana style black beans and rice (urban vegan)
pan-fried plantains (urban vegan)
2 fresh spring rolls
2 peaches

A million and a half salt water taffies
Veggie burger with relish, ketchup, mustard, and mayo
Fries with lots of ketchup and mayo

Huge marinated "Asian-y" salad (baby greens, bean sprouts, sesame seeds, lime juice, sesame oil, olive oil, spices)
Faux "turkey" sandwich on sprouted grain bread with mustard and vegan mayo
Container of soy yogurt

And probably some popcorn after work.

I've been on holiday and I ate SO much, now I'm trying to get back to sugar free eating.
Yesterday I ate:

B: gf cereal w/ 1 banana, 3 x tea w/ rice milk
M: green smoothie (2 bananas, baby spinach) 1 x green tea
L: gf VegNews Mac N Cheese w/ salad, 1 x green peppermint tea
A: homemade coriander hummus, 1 carrot, water
D: 2 veggie patties, salad, water

Soy yogurt with blueberries
Cup of coffee
Deeeelicious salad (mixed baby greens, fresh basil, sweet grape tomatoes, black olives, and dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper)
Several dates throughout the afternoon
Glass of chocolate soy milk
Banana
Oven baked tofu and zucchini "tempura" with brown rice (and cherry sauce for dipping)

In order to aid my digestive system, I'm trying to avoid eating for at least 3 hours before bed. It's 9:13 now and I'll probably be asleep by 11. I'm hoping I won't get hungry. I'm used to having a bedtime snack. But I recently found out that it's bad for both heart burn sufferers and constipation sufferers. (I'm both)

Yep it's better not to eat before bed. I try to eat at 6 and I'm in bed by 9-9.30pm. Last night I went out for dinner, ate later than usual and it was difficult to sleep.

M: green smoothie (2 bananas, baby spinach), 2 x green tea
L: black beans, tomatoes, red cap, onion, cumin, baby spinach, 1 avo, 1 x green peppermint tea
A: water
D: went out & shared some meals - salt n pepper tofu w/ green papaya salad, 2 baby burritos w/ beans, avo, tomato, 2 leek & ginger dumplings, salad, shared a mango tapioca pudding w/ coconut ice cream, 1 vodka pineapple, water
