D: raw pad thai w/ zuch noodles, capsicum, tomato, cuc, carrot and almondy, chilli, lime sauce, ginger lemon tea

S: A lightly steamed apple with ground almonds and cinnamon (after reading something about steamed apples yesterday and thinking I want to try one!)

What was your verdict? It sounds interesting...slightly weird though. Does it go soft like baked apples or stay kinda crunchy?

baked beans and fries topped with a veg burger and veg dog topped with veg chili, ketchup and mustard

That sounds so nice and unhealthy.:)

2 clementines,
3 slices of toast with pure and pineapple jam,
Pot of caramel rooibos tea,

Vegetable soup with linseeds and a garlic bread baguette,
Big bowl of salad with dressing,

5 chocolate digestives,
Packet of prawn cocktail crisps,
Glass of peach and raspberry flavoured fizzy water.

I'm going to have sausages with green beans, sweetcorn, peas, stuffing and gravy for dinner.

B: Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi. Hot ciabatta with Pure.

L: Kalamata olives, manzanilla olives stuffed with Pimiento peppers, artichokes, yellow pepper, baby vine tomatoes, asparagus, with olive oil dip. A "four seed" snack bar.

S: Apple pie Larabar

D: (At Squeek in Nottingham) Starter of sweet chestnuts and purple broccoli with a red pepper and tomato dressing and bruschetta. Main of canneloni filled with cashews, almonds, sweetcorn plus a side of mushrooms, tofu and greenery. Dessert of lemon tart with soya cream - possibly the best dessert I have ever eaten. One glass of chenin blanc.

I'm very full now!

footlong sub (roll, "ham" slices, tofutti mozzarella, tomato, romaine, red peppers, dill pickles, sweet onions, black olives, vegenaise, mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar)

an orange
pineapple guava white tea

(I had planned to make a stir fry for dinner but I am much too full. I'll probably just have more tea and pnb sandwich cookies)

salad (greens+ carrot), 4 slices of sourdough bread with margarine and chopped chives

stir-fried broccoli, mushrooms and tofu with rice noodles

apple, banana
some hazelnuts, raisins,
some rice cakes
2 cups of herbal tea with sugar

baby carrots dipped in green olive hummus
white lotus tea

brown basmati rice
2 spring rolls w/ sauce
stir fry (marinated tofu, mixed veggies, ginger, shoyu, brown rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, cashews)
dragonfruit tea
black tea

(right now sipping ginger tea. I am way too full. Later I hope to have some more tea and some duplex sandwich creme cookies)

weird food day... at breakfast at like noon, so lunch wasn't really necessary ;)

B: berry cherry tea (or something like that - celestial seasonings)
a lot of grapes

L: iced soy decaf latte from starbucks

D: a ton of leftover mushroom broccoli risotto

S: a vanilla tofutti cutie & a handful of trader joe's chocolate chips

L. Toasted cheezly and onion sandwiches (2).
D. Roast potatoes and parsnips, nut roast, steamed carrots, leeks, cauliflower and broccoli. Beer (Cobra).

Coffee and biscuits throughout the day.

B: lemon zinger tea (ate a lot late yesterday, plus another tofutti cutie at 1am, not listed! :o) wasn't hungry for breakfast.

L: tomato/avocado/veganaise/lots of salt & black pepper on toasted whole grain bread

D: will be what I call "Mediterranean bruschetta": sliced crusty bread drizzled with olive oil & toasted, topped with homemade hummus & a mix of chopped tomatoes & kalamata olives :D and a couple of glasses of red wine
